ルネッサンス カラカス ラ カステリャナ ホテル(Renaissance Caracas la Castellana Hotel)

Es buen hotel pero para un hotel de 5 estrellas no lo es , no te sientes en un hotel de 5 estrellas el servicio no es tan bueno , para pagar un precio elevado en comparación a otros no te ofrecen ni wifi gratis con esa tarifa , en general las instalaciones bien pero es más de 3-4 estrellas.

酒店還行，就是廁所稍微陳舊一些。整體不錯，早點正常。

Worst hotel EVER - I got a suite with access to the lounge but when I arrived the lounge was under repairs but they never bother to update it on their website and refuse to provide a small refund for the trouble. Rude to point of being insulting. - The rooms are un down dirty and not updated - The food at the restaurant is very limited and disgusting - They messed up with the payment and lock me out of my room so that I had to deal with their mistake three days into my stay one night when I can back from a long day of work - I paid my consumptions with 100 dollar bills but they never gave me any change back neither in dollars nor in bolivars as they claimed they had no change and that they would sort it out but I left and my change is still missing - I had a suite

They where going to give me an upgrade they told me to wait so I wait in the loby at 3 pm they told me the room wasn’t ready so I still wait in the loby at 9 pm they told me the room was taking but I should go tomorrow to see if they can find me another room for the upgrade I don’t think the managers should make the front desc people lo lie and make you waste time

If you want to be treated as a 5 star guest don’t think it more. Go To the Renaissance. Everyone starting from the bell boy (Kerbel) the front desk people the restaurant treat you as family and you think you are the only guest of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable excellent beds. If going to Caracas these is the place to stay. It’s location etc etc

Totally all hotel personel were very kind and I shall appreciate their hospitality, specifically I shall thank the hotel manager Mr. Roberto Fontan and Ms. Beatriz Rodriguez in the restaurant. I hope to have a chance to stay at this hotel in the future.

For starters , if you think they will credit your stay to your Bonvoy account , forget it because they won’t. Your reservation number and confirmation record will disappear even from your Bonvoy app so you won’t be able to claim your stays. The hotel is rundown , has not been renovated since the 90s ( yes , last century). Breakfast is soviet-style from the 70s and basically service is non-existent. They come into your room any moment without notice , belongings disappear , no accountability whatsoever. My last stay ever there.

Great hotel. Good internet and lovely shower and room. Expensive but most things in Caracas are. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. The location is good, near restaurants and cafes. The staff were very pleasant and the views from the higher rooms were good.
