Comfortable room. Comfortable bed, pillows and linens. Large bathroom with hot water. The shower can be improved for better water flow. The infrastructure in general must be reconditioned to have a better hosting experience. It has a restaurant, varied buffet breakfasts. Excellent attention from the staff in each area.

Very well maintained hotel (heritage) since 1953. Beautiful grandeur kind of a lobby. Wifi working very properly. Decent and clean rooms with very good bed and mattress. Beautiful mountain view from the room. Nice breakfast, can opt for local, French and American style. Restaurant food also great. Security very tight in and around hotel. Safe and commercial area around the hotel with Tolan fashion mall mall (10 min walk) and nice restaurants around in the area. You can pay in US dollars but there is no change in dollars or local valuta in most of the shops. Same for the hotel unfortunately. The services at the reception, housekeeping and hotel restaurants were impeccable. For non speaking Spanish persons, television channels only in Spanish, but that is I believe in other 5 star hotels too in Caracas. I do recommend this hotel to everyone. I found the Venezuelan persons very warm and friendly!

La comida es increíble, ingredientes de muy buena calidad. El acevichado de vieiras y los culurgiones de espinaca en fonduta de Gorgonzola 10/10. El equipo de cocina fue muy atento al acerc**** a nuestra mesa para explicarnos los platos, la atención de los camareros fue impecable. Volvería, sin dudarlo.

Hotel localizado excelentemente en Caracas. Se ve que ha sido un hotel top… pero también se ve que no han invertido demasiado en unos años. Habitaciones y baños algo obsoletos, aunque muy comoda la cama! Pero el aire acondicionado mete mucho ruido. El desayuno es caro y no ofrece buffet. Buen restaurante para cenar. Pese a ser un hotel enorme no tiene gimnasio!

Pésimo servicio y muy poco personal. El Hotel es enorme y tiene muy poca gente atendiendo con el agravante que las personas que atienden no tienen buena disposición. Tuve problemas con el internet, con el desayuno, con la factura de hospedaje y con el cambio a la hora de pagar; y en todas las oportunidades el servicio prestado fue pésimo y sobre todo sin ofrecer ninguna solución. Adicionalmente el hotel queda aislado por lo cual salir a caminar no es una opción y sus precios son altísimos. Pésima experiencia.

Tenía muchos años que no visitaba el hotel, la verdad es que me produjo mucho pesar ver su deterioro. Las piscinas no existen. La atención en la cafetería fue buena los jóvenes muy atentos. Los otros lugares no los visité.

La habitación estaba muy bien, remodelada y moderna. La comida bastante buena. Pero muchos detalles de atención al cliente me hacen dudar en volver. La piscina a medio llenar con una manguera, nadie pendiente de atendernos, nadie para una toalla. No pude abrir crédito en el lobby. En la habitación una cafetera sin café, filtro o tazas, te dicen que "eso generalmente lo trae el cliente". Eso es impensable en otros paises y hoteles, es algo básico. Nos falta mucho y cobramos como el primer mundo.
