Lovely situated Hotel just one street away from hustle and bustle of Carlisle Centre. Staff are friendly rooms are spotless, highly recommend staying there

We really were impressed with the service and help from the staff at this travel lodge. We found that Gemma the housekeeping supervisor was very helpful and made us feel really welcome. We had a really comfortable sleep as the bed and bedding was quite comfy. We will definitely come back

Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable. It was reasonably priced and we liked the breakfast setting and the friendly service from Gemma and the other members of staff. The location is very convenient to access Carlisle City centre.

Clean, all the facilities needed (if not in room, can ask at reception) Staff pleasant. Comfy, cean bed. Nice shower. Good value stay. Great height view (unfortunately mostly at ugly building next door.) Seagulls came daily to window (I am assuming for food) Nice dim lights by bed, (could do with a few sockets there) Would recommend x

Stayed during the Malcom Wilson Rally 2025, had a great experience, friendly and helpfull staff which makes all the difference .

We are regular visitors to this hotel. It is comfortable, convenient and centrally located. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Paige checked us in when we arrived. We asked if the room had a bath which we prefer, and she was able to allocate one. She also helpfully said we can always ring ahead and request a room with a bath. As we are staying again in May, she has put this request on our booking record. Paige was very attentive.
