Ein tolles Hotel in der Nähe von Dublin.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Check in verlief vollkommen reibungslos.
Das Zimmer ist großzügig, manchmal ein wenig kalt. Aber es ist gut eingerichtet, plüschig und hat alles, was man so braucht. Das Bad ist entsprechend modern.
Hervorzuheben ist die Lage und die Umgebung. Es ist wunderschön im Garten mit Fluss und Insel.
Im Hotel gibt es viele schöne Ecken, Sofas, Möglichkeiten sich aufzuhalten. Im Moment ist alles weihnachtlich geschmückt.
Frühstück ist in Ordnung, wenn auch etwas zu Englisch.

Was hear for the testing menu on Valentines night. It was amazing night staff are so welcome and friendly. We started off with cocktails with were delicious the bar was bussy but when your in restaurants you never know and it really relaxing places sit. There was 7 courses, the first was a beetroot dish that was probably my favourite another favourite was fish dish and lemon on the dessert . Was told this was there frist time running a tasting menu and really hope they do it again as it was an amazing experience and would love two go back again if they do a second one . Shout out two the floor staff they did amazing job you would never of known this was their frist time doing a tasting menu. we were neve left waiting for the next course and they did fantastic job, really made the night so special.

We were in the Dolmen for a celebration and opted for afternoon tea. It was beautiful. The sandwiches were tasty, and the pastries were melt in the mouth The staff were polite, friendly, and professional. The table was set beautifully. All in all a great experience

Beautiful hotel with so friendly and polite staff. They helped with arranging early lunch in a moments notice. I felt at home from the moment I entered the door. Clean and tidy all over. Great food in the restaurant with superb service from staff. I'll come back any day.

Room was beautiful, cozy and warm , shower was amazing and hot water at all times. Was celebrating my birthday and I was greeted with complimentary chocolates. Staff were so kind , very helpful. Couldn’t have done anymore for us. Food was delicious!

Great value, wonderful staff and great location. The restaurant has great food and the service is top class. The Woodford Dolmen is only 5 minutes from Carlow town. It has great shopping and some really nice places to eat. Easily accessible from the M9 .

My husband and I were with a just go coach tour...I must say the grounds are amazing, Our room was very spacious plenty of tea coffee,beds were so so so comfortable, enjoyed our dinner and breakfast the next morning was lovely..... I must say my only criticism would be the drinks are very pricey indeed...

I can't say one bad word about this place. Lovely staff, lovely rooms, lovely bar and food. Really enjoyed our stay. That's saying something because I always have something to pick at, but I can't say one bad word about this place. I would recommend it to everyone.
