TownePlace Suites Carlsbad

Loved the location and convivence to both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains Nation Park. The room itself was a great size with a full kitchenette. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker, and 2-burner top made it very easy to have meals in our room after long days of hiking. Bathroom was a great size, closet had great shelving and storage.

Our room was big and very nice. We loved the table, chair& kitchen. We loved having the gym open 24 hours. The breakfast offered many choices.

Amazing customer service! We were greeted by the assistant GM when we checked in. He told us everything that was going on in the area. He was so welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The air worked perfect. We had no issues. Definitely will stay again if we are in this area

The room I requested with a king bed was not available, and the room was a little worn down.

The hotel was nice, clean comfortable rooms. Shower was great. Beds and pillows were comfy. The breakfast was delicious and good variety of choices. The dining area was well kept and the patio was nice and inviting. This was a nice stay and I will definitely come back! The staff was friendly and helpful and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay. The children and grandchildren enjoyed the pool and breakfast bar.

Spacious room and vathroom, breakfast was wonderful, quiet (the way our room was positioned, the bed was farthest from door and shielded by the kitchenette and bathroom. The noise buffer was great). We would easily stay here again.

The property is great but the beds are absolutely AWFUL! We ended up leaving after one night because the bed was so uncomfortable. It was hard and lumpy and literally did not sleep more then a couple of hours. Unfortunately, because we booked through ******* getting a refund on the 2nd night is doubtful. The facility and grounds are fantastic. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. Too bad the beds were so miserable.
