Staff was warm and welcoming, especially Jorge y Isidora, they both gave us some lego badges, very nice indeed. We were in a Wizard room on the 3rd floor that over looked the spacious courtyard, playground, pool and movie screen. The room was well designed quiet and comfortable. Loved the design that included energy efficiency. Complimentary water, juices, hot cocoa and coffee were waiting for us in the room. The kids enjoyed the scavenger hunt and opening the safe. The breakfast buffet was included and was impressive with healthy options, omelets and pancakes made to order and even lox and bagels. It's a bit pricey, although well worth the experience.

We had an outstanding stay from start to finish! I would like to commend Talon fit his warm greeting and friendly help when we first arrived, Cesar for his excellent and personable service to make sure we checked in smoothly and got underway with having fun immediately, and Emma for so kindly checking on the status of our room while we were waiting for it to be prepared. They were all so friendly and eager to help! We also had one of the Ninjago rooms, which made the top of my 12-year-old son’s head explode! The theme was done so well and captured the show with precision and attention to detail. He also enjoyed the treasure hunt and the Lego builds in the safe in our room. I can’t say enough for the whole experience! Thank you to everyone for starting our visit to California with so much joy!

We stayed at the Legoland Castle Hotel this past October 2024 and were so excited to take my family. However, we were disappointed to discover that we couldn’t open the windows at all! All the room windows are locked, which felt very confining, especially with the cool October weather outside—it would have been nice to let in some fresh air after a long day at the park. Sadly, after our three-day stay, my family and I became quite sick, and I can’t help but wonder if the lack of ventilation contributed to it. For a family-centered hotel, this lack of air circulation was a major letdown. Aside from this, the rooms were thoughtfully themed, and my kids adored the castle decor—it’s a magical environment for them. The amenities and activities are also plentiful and well-suited for children. However, given the hotel’s reputation and price, I expected a more comfortable and health-conscious experience.

I love that they have legos everywhere to keep the kids entertained. Thanks to the sttaf who alerted us that we could enter any answer on the 4 questions to unlock the safe in the room for the kids. Inside was a special treat to keep the kids entertained. We stayed in a gentleman's room on the 2nd floor and it was a nice welcome. I loved that they thought of the little details, like a stool for the kids or different sizes of toilet seat for them. The room we were given was for 5 people. The televisions were easy to use. The room came with coffee, hot cocoa, tea and 2 bottles of water for them with a Keurig. Mini fridge. Iron, hair dryer, towels enough. Talking about the staff, Jorge in the Lobby was very nice, he was the one who told us to look for the clues to open the treasure box. All the staff is nice but he stands out a lot. The only downside is that the shower pressure was extremely hard. Not sure if it was just our shower head. It was also lazy and fussy. We were given paraben free shampoo and conditioner. I loved that they were very convenient squeeze bottles.
