素晴らしい体験でした。部屋から共用エリアまで、隅々まで清潔で、とても快適に過ごすことができました。温かみのある内装は、リラックスするのに最適な雰囲気でした。 特に印象的だったのは、豊富なアクティビティです。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切で、いつも周辺のおすすめを快く教えてくれました。

素晴らしい場所。素敵なロッジですが、外は少し清潔感が必要ですが、自然のままなので、中は清潔で家庭的な雰囲気で、必要なものはすべて揃っています。バルコニーは素晴らしく、湖に直接つながっているので、息子は水に入らずにアヒルに近づくことができました。ウォータースポーツショップ、バー、レストラン、プレイエリア、屋内と屋外のクレイジーゴルフがあり、湖の周りを散歩するのは素敵で、ウィンダミアを探索するのに最適な場所です。車で30分で、そこで素晴らしい一日を過ごしました。また、北の道を車で5分ほど行くと小さなチップショップがあります。素敵な料理と手頃な価格でした。

ひどいカスタマーサービスと非常に汚い

This was my second stay at the hotel, and once again it did not disappoint. I first stayed here last August with my family, and this time I returned with my husband for a peaceful getaway. The calm, relaxing atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. A lovely place to unwind, and we would happily come back again.

Clean room with excellent facilities, efficient reception staff, polite restaurant team, excellent spa facilities and staff.Enjoyed our stay and will return.

This is truly a hidden gem! We travelled as a group of 6 families and made the best memories. Would 100% recommend, everything was way better than our expectations. Can’t wait to be back again!😍 truly the best place to unwind!

We checked in slightly early, reception staff were very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We had Lodge 248, the location was perfect , right beside the water and close enough to the Watersport centre . The lodge was immaculate , the beds were huge and comfortable , the showers were super powerful, the terrace was good to sit outside and watch all the action on the Lake. We only stayed for one night as we were travelling home , however we will definitely return again for a few nights to relax and chill out. We were a family of 5, non complaints at all.

Lovely resort which we stayed at for my son celebrating his 40th Birthday. We stayed in a studio which was very clean as were all areas . Had a great ride on the speed boat with my family . Ate in the restaurant on the Friday which was also very nice . About 50 of us were there and all had a really great time .

The surroundings are pleasant and the location suits travellers to the Lake District and Morecambe Bay. The cleanliness of the area near the room entrances however needs more attention
