環境清潔，服務人員親切，亮點是免費Shuttle Bus，送到車站或碼頭，非常有助於探索五漁村。Levanto 個人覺得是五漁村區域最適合的住宿點，同時兼具火車及渡輪的便利，沒五漁村的人多，沒La Spezia 的庸俗繁雜。

Pleasant hotel, with large rooms, good pool/spa Room was very large, spacious and cleaned daily with a patio. Location was good, a short walk or shuttle ride from train station and town centre/beach. Views of the hills are very picturesque. Shuttle bus is very handy and on call regularly. Pool and spa are very nice, massages available upon request. Breakfast was good, inside or on the patio. Reception service was slow and slightly painful, especially upon arrival and when requesting a taxi, decor was slightly dated, but overall lacked the €500+ per night value for money, didn't really feel like staff went the extra mile to understand their guests unfortunately!

This beautiful hotel is located above Levanto. Free hotel Shuttle to and from the town and station. Cute little town and a gateway to the famous Cinque Terre (5 stops) The staff were so friendly and professional and were so accommodating. Highly recommended for couples and being in the quiet end of town (pool was also a welcome retreat at 27deg C)

From the moment we arrived, being collected at the station by a friendly and helpful driver, to the ever efficient hnd helpful reception staff, we knew we had selected a great hotel. The Manager, Carla came to introde himself and we were made to feel very welcome. The room was great, very spacious and with a wonderful view. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was well presented. The restaurant food was superb and plentiful. The shuttle bus was an added benefit and all in in all, this was a great hotel, with staff who were well trained and always helpful. We will be back there!!!

This is a really excellent hotel. It is exceptionally well run. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool area and spa provide ideal relaxation after a day in the Cinque Terre. The shuttle to and from the town is very efficient and a real boon. But what we want to stress is the excellent quality of the food provided in the restaurant. There is no need to go into Levanto for dinner; the standard of the food and wine in the restaurant could not be bettered. Such fabulous memories.

Great location to explore Cinque Terra. The hotel is close to the train station from which you can explore the five villages. You easily walk down to Levanto center, where there are plenty nice restaurants. They have a great shuttle service for free, that you can call after dinner and brings you back to your hotel. The hotel itself has some plusses and minuses. On the minus side, the rooms are a bit dated and the bathroom needs renovation. On the plus side, very good breakfast and very nice breakfast service. Another plus, a good pool where you can cool down after a hot day. On the minus side, it takes you ages to order a drink at the pool. It took us literally 30 minutes and three times asking before they served a bottle of water. One day they forgot to provide us with towels in our room. It took after our call 40 minutes and 2 times going to the reception before we finally received some towels. All nonsense was used as excuse, from "housekeeping already left" to "I am alone at the reception" to the manager "I only heard this 5 minutes ago" . But overall it was a good stay, as the location is very good and Levanto is the best place to explore the region. The service is not unfriendly but nobody goes the extra mile for the guests.

Currently here with my teenage son. We have had the most incredible stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The shuttle bus will pick you up from the train station and the lovely town. The hotel is ammaculately clean and the food delicious. It is perfect the gateway to cinque terre, but away from the hustle and bustle to relax by the pool after a day exploring. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely fantastic. Staff were top notch and attentive to our needs. Lost power due to thunderstorms and yet provided an amazing breakfast Rose to the occasion with complete calm and professionalism. Did not want to leave and for sure will return. 100% recommend.
