NH Cartagena Urban Royal

Not a perfect bathroom or room (cheap shades that fell down and not amazing painting jobs) but very comfortable, nice people, incredible location and truly the best views from the roof pool we practically had to ourselves. This is a great option.

The hotel is in a good location, the breakfast is delicious and the view from the rooftop is amazing.

There are two good thinks about this hotel: the location and the breakfast! The staff is also nice. But the entire hotel smells musty, the elevator, halls, in special the room! Which had no window to open. I entered 2 rooms and both had exactly the same smell, terrible!!!!

The location is excellent and the staff is incredibly friendly. I was assigned a room with humidity issues and I contacted the staff. I got a dehumidifier in my room that greatly improved the problem

It's a basic property - nothing fancy.. good staff, good location.. we booked a room with a view - the pictures show the room having a balcony but it doesn't have one, so a bit misleading. It was really loud at night, so if you're a light sleeper, do not book here. The shower in our room was leaking and the room was out of toiletries (also we didn't bother requesting for refills). All in all, a fairly basic no-frills property.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. I had a balcony room which was a great window of the almost 24/7 happenings of plaza de la coches. I found the room neat and tidy everyday and the overall condition of the building I would say is very good for this property and it’s environs. The staff, especially the front desk managers and onsite restaurant staff, are very friendly and accommodating and are a strong factor in my high rating for the property. Also, I was very impressed with both the breakfast buffet and regular meal choices found on the menu. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved that everything was within walking distance. Great choices for food and entertainment. Easy access to boat/ferries for excursions. Close distance to CTG airport.

Yetardin at the front desk was always helpful she speaks perfect english and was amazing with her customer service and attention to detail thank you very much for the pleasant experience and I will definitely recommend my friends and family.
