De kamer is ruim maar benauwd, er zijn geen ramen die naar buiten kunnen. Het ontbijt was standaard, maar voldoende en je had genoeg keuzes. Het personeel is minder flexibel en denken niet snel mee. Wij hadden de eerste nacht vreselijk bed. Je zakt door de bed heen, wij hadden het gelijk aangegeven bij aankomst. De dame die ons hielp was bereid om te kijken alleen kwam ze elke keer teug met zelfde verhaal. Dus hebben wij het gelaten en zijn wij volgende gebroken wakker en het was ook nog boven de keuken. Dus al vroeg hoorde je het personeel en kwamen alle geuren van de keuken binnen. De volgende ochtend gelijk aangegeven toen was er wel een kamer beschikbaar. Vind het voor de prijs van de kamer wel voldoende en het zou fijn zijn je klanten zo goed mogelijk rust biedt. Uiteindelijk komen wij er wel. Alleen kost tijd en energie die je niet wilt verspillen tijdens je reis.

Mi mujer y yo tuvimos una terrible experiencia en este hotel! No lo recomendamos a NADIE! Primero decir lo bueno, y sin duda que la localización es fantástica. En el barrio de Getsemaní pero lejos de todo el ruido y muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. Todo lo demás fue terrible! 1) Nuestro baño tenía el lava manos roto, conclusión, goteaba água y como tal teníamos el piso del baño y de la habitación todo el tiempo mojado! 2) la precisión de la ducha es terrible, los agujeros están praticamente todos tapados de lo sucios que están y por eso el água no sale adequadamente. 3) la conexión de la tele en la habitación tampoco estaba buena, conclusión de eso no pudimos ver tv en ningún momento adequadamente. 4)) el desayuno es un desastre (asegúrense que van con tiempo sobrado para el desayuno) el servicio es RE lento, los pedidos vienen desordenados y la amabilidad ni verla. Tuve que esperar más de 30 minutos por una omelete!!! 5) en las fotos sale una piscina en el hotel! Es una estafa! Es mentira! No hay piscina ninguna en este hotel! Estuvimos 4 días en este hotel! Desde el primer día que alertamos el personal de estos problemas, no arreglaron nada! No nos cambiaron de habitación! No intentaron nada para arreglar y/o mejorar la situación. Terrible, un grande NO a este lugar!

For the price it was Good . Close to evething walking was only 5 minutes away from the port .

Clean, well located, nice staff. Our room was very large but bathroom very small.

The room was very clean and the place is well located. Staff was somewhat nice. I’ll expound. The staff was polite to me no issues but I purchased a room for guests and they were from Colombia (native). The guests told me they felt the staff didn’t treat them the same as they would be or other guests that were obviously not from there. That kind of feeling came after watching other guests receive patient treatment and small accommodations, they did not get the same patience or cooperation. I hope the staff addresses that because regardless where people are from, a paying customer is still a paying customer and frankly, guests of a paying customer should be treated the same, if not better, than the paying customer.

The stunning room but above all else, the kindness and support of all staff. I was sick whilst in the hotel and staff were amazing. Would highly recommend for support of the staff, lovely people ❤️

Room was very clean, faucet handle for the bathroom sink came loose but was only a small inconvenience. The shower door would stay ajar so I had to hold it closed as to not get water everywhere. Was annoying but I made it work. Breakfast was good and refreshing. Staff was very helpful and informative. Location was great. Easy access to Getsemaní and only a 10 minute walk to the clock tower. Also the street the B&B is on made it easy to call an uber or be dropped off however I only really used uber the first night. Overall, I would stay again. King suite was spacious and the window view, both day and night, was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend to others if they want an easily accessible hotel that is in the heart of Getsemaní. Also, the AC hitting you as you stepped foot into your room was worth the cost ten times over.

Great hotel, spacious and well located, clean and nice. Only the breakfast was expensive and bad service and not good quality.
