サントゥアリオ ゲツマニ ホステル

健康上の問題で、サントゥアリオに予定よりずっと長く滞在することになりました。そのため、ホステル自体、素晴らしい雰囲気、十分なスペースがある素晴らしいベッドの配置（！）に加え、部屋の中に小さな部屋があるような珍しい完全なプライバシー、そして特に人々を高く評価する時間がありました。スタッフは素晴らしく、ゲストを本当に気遣ってくれます。私が病気のとき、家族のように見守ってくれました。特に、ステフィ（ラ チカ デル バー）、キャシー（清掃とキッチン）、ホセ（メンテナンス）は、私をサポートし、私の気分を心から気にかけ、最善を尽くして助けてくれました。困難な時期に、私は正しい場所にいました。ありがとう！唯一気になったのは、エアコンの管理です。夕方と夜だけオンになっていましたが、これはよくあることです。問題は、寒さを感じる人が全員のエアコンを切ることです...しかも、その時は暑かったです...私は凍えるのが大好きですが、適切なバランスがベストです。寒い人はTシャツを着ればよいと提案すれば、他の人は汗をかかないでしょう;-)

Nice hostel in Getsemaní área, arrived after 11 pm and was pleasantly surprised, that reception was opened and I was able to do check in. Breakfast is included, had fruit bowl and toasts with butter/jam, if you want to add eggs you have to pay 10000 COP for it. Coffee/tea is self served and you can order juice for extra payment. Sleeping area is big, air conditioning is working over night, you have to bring your own lock. There is a space to put luggage under the bed, what was a bit dusty and dirty and a small shelf near the bed. Hostel offers some activities, but I wasn't able to check them out. Overall good experience

小さなホステルですが、キッチンは設備が整っていてとても良く、立地も最高です (良い意味で)。広くて快適なダブルベッドで、周りに十分なスペースがあります。スタッフは親切で、スパがあるのも嬉しいです。短所: 共用エリアの一部に屋根がないので、雨が降ると困ります。エアコンの調節ができず、夜は寒くて不快でした (冬物のコートを毛布代わりに使わなければならなかったほど)。特に夜になると蚊が大量に発生しました。滞在 3 日目に私が泊まっていたドミトリーのバスルームが壊れてしまい、共用ルームのバスルームを使わざるを得ませんでしたが、特に夜はかなり不快でした。全体的に、Santuario Getsemaní Hostel には複雑な思いがあり、それが評価の理由です。価格と質の比率はかなり良いと認めざるを得ませんが、天候とバスルームの運が悪かったと思います。滞在は楽しかったですが、1 週間で十分でした。

We had booked a 4 bed mixed room via Hostelworld. We arrived around 8PM at the hostel and checked in, paid and shown to our room. However the room was a 10 person mixed dorm which was not we paid for and we paid double for the four man. The staff were not helpful and said that 4 bed mixed dorms do not exist and are female only. He insisted that we booked wrong despite showing him the Hostelworld listing. He was rude, laughing and created quite unfriendly atmosphere. He made no effort to rectify the situation or apologise. As a result of this we cancelled the booking and got refunded by the hostel however we have lost money to Hostelworld which we are not happy about. See images of listing. Hopefully the hostel rectifies this ASAP. This is false advertising and hopefully other travellers don’t fall into this trap.

It was very hot in Cartagena and the AC was only on from 6pm-9am and you had to remind the employees. Sometimes the other girls in the room would turn the fan off at night. Im just a little sensitive to heat so that was hard to navigate. The free breakfast was great and the staff was extremely friendly. The hostel cat was a major bonus too. The salsa class was really fun and the trip to Tierra Bomba was nice also. The room was in a garage sort of and the street was loud but I had ear plugs and honestly slept amazing every night. The extra space in your bed area is really nice too

BEST HOSTEL EVER! I highly recommend doing the day trip to their Tierra Bomba location as well it is beautiful. They had a free salsa class while I was staying there and the teacher is super fun. They also had a pub crawl where we met people from other hostels. This is right in Getsemani and is a 10 minute walk away from San Felipe castle. Great location, great price, and great people. Also they have a cat named Orion! As for the rooms, each bed was like a compartment and had a shade for privacy. There were private bathrooms in the rooms as well as shared ones. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was included--it was fruit and toast which filled me up. There are also paid options but the included breakfast was enough for me personally. They do have wifi and it's fast. There is also a social area and coworking space. Honestly, I wish I spent more time in this city and at this hostel. The staff members are so nice and will go out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. They'll even recommend activities and restaurants. This hostel is great for both introverts and extroverts. There are people willing to socialize there or if you would rather have privacy, that is possible there. THANK YOU SANTUARIO!!!
