It was a great choice, I was landing at night, so I decided to stay a night at a hotel close by the airport. My sister and her kids checked in earlier and they had a blast. Great service and an amazing diverse and delicious breakfast we enjoyed the next morning together. I have to say, there was only one bit of detail worth mentioning, the frond desk lady helped me call the cab, but she did not mention using Bolt, which is a more expansive taxi service and forgot to mention that she also obviously chose the Comfort option which cost me more at least a 60% extra charge than the normal price. which was displayed on the meter when we arrived but the cab driver asked for more money than that. Overall, we had a nice short stay and enjoyed a late checkout to chill and recover from my trip. Thanks to Novotel Team for the delicious food variety.

Very nice, clean hotel, near the city and good for business, nice breakfast Inter rooms the bathroom and toilet is separate. Bathroom is relative small for a double room. Reduced evaluation because of unfriendly and not helpful staff in the restaurant area.

I was there for a business trip and overall my experience was positive. My only comment is the service at the restaurant can be a bit slow. But they know how to make up for your wait. If you have any questions or feel like they are taking too long, you should definitely not hesitate to go ask. The staff is very nice and professional!

I stayed in Novotel Tunis Lac during my last business trip in Marsh 2023. the company booked for us a deluxe room. the room was spacious, the bed is very confortable. caring staff. I found a fruit basket and chocolate in the room. the stay was just perfect. thank you

I've been at Novotel Tunis Lac during a workshop and everything has been perfect. Great service and nice staff. Breakfast was rich with lots of choice, and I also had dinner at restaurant with full satisfaction. When I will return in Tunis, for sure this hotel will be my choice.

Rooms clean. Good bathroom. Restaurant excellent. Mr. Anis managing the front desk was extremely good. My one complaint, this hotel is on a long straight boulevard and the motorcycle and car racing until the early hours was a nightmare. Really a shame because everything else was quite good.
