性價比很高，位置優越，值得推薦

this is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The Hotel was short of most things, towels, tea spoons of all things, lack of competant staff you name it it didn't work. Breakfast was lacking in variety as was the bar. Not somewhere to spend time.

Disappointed,I stayed in this hotel due more than week, I travel world wide, never had bad experience similar than this one, if there is less than 0 star review , i will give it to this hotel. The reception stuff males and females are very rudes, mold and bad smells in the rooms,air conditioner and fridge are not working, the water at the shower is very slow not enough to remove the soap, the cleaners are very slow and looks onlyl for tips to provide you the towels. Any small service I ask for, take a lot of time to respond , very bad this behaviors, I don't like it. I never recomand anyone to come to this hotel. They need a lot of work to do .I never see any manager around. When I ask for one, he's always not there or at the meeting or at lunch, or he 's not today . Disappointed. I hope the management consider this review and make an effort to improve the quality of service to this hotel. Location is great other than that nothing work properly.

The front desk guys trat people in a very disrespectful way. No WIFI, unclean rooms, lousy breakfast, disrespectful customer service either at the front desk or restaurant. The room has nothing. not even tissues to use. Local TV channels and few channels that you don't even need.

The hotel has got a good looking and all staff all over the hotel for all the services are very friendly and helpful. They try their best for guests to be comfortable. Rooms are clean and enough large however there some points that need to improve. The issue I founds are: - The shower head need to replaced - The bidet water pressure was low and directon of the water flow was not comfortable for washing. - Very poor or no internet signal in the room. - Lots of traffic noise from the outside - There is a time gap between collecting the used towels and dropping the new ones so there is no towel in the room for sometimes. - The bed sheets smell like second hand shop cloths but quite clean, would be better to change the detergent that used for washing the beddings. - The lights of the rooms could be more brighter. - There was no kettle and cups available in the room to make your own tea or coffee. - The fridge was not on upon arrival and did not get cold enough after turning it on. There was no basic drinks or snacks in the fridge. - The spoken languages are Arabic and French so their ability to help guests with english language is poor and difficult to make communication with staff. - The variaty of breakfast selection could be more. The system of preparing fried eggs could be improved with a larger fryer rather than using a small fry pan to prevent guest quoue for it, apart from these the quality of food and management of serving guests are excellent. My room service was just including the breakfast therefore am not able to provide any information about the lounch and dinner. The price of the rooms for month June was quit acceptable compare to the other hotels. I have been in suisse Hotel for a week and it was enjoyable in total. Accueil laxiste, service désastreux, restaurant mauvais (demande une salade de fruit on m'a amené une pomme et une banane), lieu d'une tristesse absolue Il a fallu réclamer des serviettes, les toilettes étaient sales, presque pas d'eau dans la salle de bain. Très mauvaise expérience

1/Points forts - Personnel hélas en nombre très limité professionnel et compétent, souriant et au service du client : Mr Badr (réception ), Yacine (petit déjeuner), Laila ,bagagistes, Samira….. - Hôtel relativement bien situé proximité bord de mer. - Surclassement chambre supérieure 2/Points négatifs - rédhibitoires Personnel incompétent, non formé, n’ayant aucun respect pour le client s’adressant notamment aux clientes avec fermeté et langage inapproprié : Réception : Younès avec la complicité de son acolyte et complice Abdelkrim qui tente désespérément et de façon lamentable et ridicule de couvrir son collègue ….. Manque permanent de serviettes , il faut TOUJOURS aller réclamer les serviettes manquantes …

Las instalaciones están descuidadas y llevan bastantes años sin ser renovadas. Habitaciones con mucho mobiliario roto: ducha, grifos, manillas de puertas... El restaurante-buffet libre tiene poca variedad y de dudosa calidad. No entiendo cómo está valorado con 4 estrellas. Para mí no llega ni a 2 estrellas.

Rideaux dans les chambres tres,très, sales et dans la chambre cela sentait le gas oil....Serviettes de toilette très douteuses au niveau propreté. Les sols sont très sales .Enlevez les tapis dans les couloirs ,ce sont des nids à microbes..Rénovation a prévoir, hotel très vieillissant
