Hôtel très bien placé et très bon accueil.  En revanche, tout est vétuste avec une odeur de moisissure dans la salle de bain, une tv très vieille, et des lumières qui ne fonctionnent pas toutes.  Un vrai rafraîchissement est plus que nécessaire, voir impératif !!

It was really a great experience, I liked the hospitality there i wanted a place where to hangout with friends and relax and i didn't regret this choice i like everything literally the whole hotel with their staff and everyone the important thing there is that every place rooms or restaurant are clean, the whole explain was great and for sure i'll go back again. Thank you as we had a wonderful experience at Kenzi Basma Hotel. Our room was facing to the ocean and we could see the massive ships passing from our small balcony. The room itself was alright as you could notice some places that may need a bit more attention BUT it didn’t affect our stay. Beds were so comfortable specially that we had everyday room service by Madam Talbi who was changing our beds while we were enjoying our breakfast. Special thanks to the gentlemen at the entrance who were greeting us everyday with kindness, park my car at hotel’s parking and bringing it back every time. We would not be able to enjoy our stay without them. In fact the removable ramp that they were putting for my electric scooter and helping to pass it safely was priceless. And the location, the hotel is placed with short walking distance from the local traditional market (Madina Market) if you want to taste the Moroccan products’ taste also Center Market for fresh fish, fruit and sea food. We had a calm and smooth stay at Kenzi Basma Hotel which was possible just with the hotel’s management who gathered his valuable and wonderful personnel. Thank you
