部屋はひどいの一言です。まるで地獄のようでした。Ctrip（シートリップ）には、こんなひどいホテルを掲載停止にするよう伝えました。最悪です！一晩中騒音がひどく、まるで路上で寝ているようでした。部屋には虫がいて、ベッドも全く掃除されておらず、とても汚かったです。これが4つ星だなんて信じられません。すぐにクレームを入れました。Ctripには、このホテルとの提携を解消し、これ以上中国人観光客に迷惑をかけないよう強く求めます！

部屋が道路に面していて、少し騒音が気になりました。

オーナーは中国人で、とても親切で気さくな方でした。タクシーに乗る必要があったのですが、カードが使えず現金しか使えないことを知らなかったのですが、オーナーは手数料を取らずに両替してくれました。しかも、無料でデラックススイートにアップグレードしてくれました。受付の方もとても親切で、感じが良かったです。ここに泊まる価値は絶対にあります。

彼らの態度は気に入らなかった。税金を払わないのではないかと心配しているようだった（そもそも宿泊料金に税金が含まれているにもかかわらず、それがどのような税金なのか私には理解できなかったし、それでも追加料金を請求してきた）。最初の時は、足の臭いがする部屋まで用意された。あまりにも打算的だった。環境は劣悪で、これまで泊まった4つ星ホテルのレベルには程遠い。唯一の救いは、朝食のスタッフと駐車場の係員がとても親切だったことだ。あと、無料駐車場を宣伝するのはやめてほしい。駐車場がないのだ。路上に駐車料金を支払わなければならず、駐車スペースを探すのに非常に時間がかかった。

這酒店就是個坑、攜程付了全部的費用、酒店先給你check in、然後兩個小時在來跟你講他們酒店收到的錢不對、要求我們在補差價。攜程客服人員聯繫他們酒店就是不搭理。沒辦法客服讓我們補了差價、後續一直跟進，也沒把額外的費用退給我們

My room had the main street view with poor window soundproofing. I couldn't sleep due to the street noise. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, however, mine had poor performance. For a double room only one towel was given, had to ask for another towel. The breakfast is minimalist and can be improved although it is acceptable . The only good thing there is the friendly staff at the reception.

Terrible hotel Dirty sheets, only one light bulb working out of 8 in the room. My sister was told that she would have to wait for a pillow case........ The restaurant was closed, it was open according to their site, but reception was unable to give any information on where the nearest restaurants were. Total shambles

This hotel is more of a 2 star, certainly nothing more. The rooms are very basic, you get only one single towel per person, this will be your hand towel and body towel. The rooms overlook a busy road so can be very noisy. The room has a kettle but no coffee sachets. When I asked the receptionist if there were any places to grab a coffee sachet he couldn’t help or point me in the right direction - not very 4 star. The toilet came with half a toilet roll and the toilet had a bar smell to it which wasn’t ideal as we had to close the toilet door so we didn’t get a heartache. Additionally the door only closed if it were locked otherwise it popped open. This hotel needs to do better or rebrand itself to a two star to reflect the true position.

Esperienza da dimenticare! In foto sembra una struttura attenta ai dettagli, nella realtà non è così, non ci sono nemmeno quei soprammobili delle foto. Presente il bollitore, ma senza bustine né di camomilla, né thè, né caffè. Non ci sono le buste all'interno delle spazzature. L'ambiente è sporco e abbiamo addirittura trovato un ossicino di pollo sulla testata del letto. I cuscini puzzavano della testa dei precedenti ospiti, nonostante il nostro reclamo non è stato cambiato tutto il letto. Il rubinetto della doccia perdeva acqua dappertutto. C'era solo un bagnoschiuma e uno shampoo (noi eravamo tre persone che dovevano soggiornare 4 notti), assenza di asciugamani per tre persone (ce n'erano solo due, di cui uno piccolo e uno grande). La porta che dava sul balcone non si chiudeva e siamo stati preoccupati tutta la notte, avendo un bimbo piccolo con noi. Abbiamo addirittura pensato che entrano di notte per usare la camera, visto che non si accorgono di tutti questi problemi. Di 4 notti che dovevamo passare lì, ne abbiamo fatta una a mala pena e poi abbiamo cancellato il soggiorno. Il prezzo non è adeguato ai servizi che offrono. Non è un hotel per famiglie, ci entra gente abbastanza strana. Pessimo, veramente pessimo. Mai più!
