Beautiful hotel and gorgeous pools! It’s a must stay in the Tucson area.

Very comfortable, loved the multiple pools and hot tubs. Unfortunately, the mineral pool and adults only pool heaters were not working, so they were unusable. Our TV did not work, but we loved the location so it was acceptable. All the staff was very helpful and pleasant

Beautiful, amazing pools and gardens. The food was just average and overpriced and waitstaff kept getting orders wrong (which is a bigger problem if a person has allergies). Had a problem with the room and had to move to a different room - we were given half the cost of a breakfast as compensation. Otherwise, it was a beautiful place to read, relax by the pool, and take in the beauty of the mountains near Tucson.

This is a beautiful property. We didn't interact with much staff but the housekeeping was great. It's just that the room was a little worn out especially curtains and bathroom shower floor. Paint in the hallways was also in need of refreshing. It seems like these would be relatively easy to address.

Great location-near La Encantada. Spa services were excellent. Room could use a little updating. Missed the slippers. Appreciated bottled water.

Something to be very AWARE of! We had a friday night flight out of SEA for a 4 night prepaid reservation,that was delayed, delayed and then canceled. We had made the hotel aware of the delay and finally the cancelation over 3 phone calls and let them know we would not be arriving for our reservation until sunday at which point Mr. Front Desk informed us that we were considered a no show and our prepaid reservation was no longer honored.... we were traveling with my 75 year old mother and should we have continued on our trip would have had no where to stay. I have contacted the property on several media outlets and heard absolutely no response. We have traveled with Marriott properties for several week to month long vacations and this is most certainly our last! If someone has paid in full for a stay and travel delays their arrival, their room should most certainly remain available. Mr. FRONT DESK was very clear that our reservation would not be honored or refunded. WESTIN you can do better. And travel insurance does not cover day of delay....

We have stayed at La Paloma many times over the past 34 years and it is still a beautiful place to be. However, there is some signs the property isn’t being maintained quite as well as it used to be. There was a noticeable musty odor in our room and some of the areas showed signs of wear. It is still a stunning location and we likely will be back.

Our stay was wonderful! We have been here before and will definitely return again. The pool manager, David Belcher, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this resort to others looking for a great getaway trip in the foothills of Tucson.

Staff was very nice, property was run down and uninviting. Temperature inside was very cold, seemed like they didn't have the heat on. Was a disappointing experience.
