un bon aqueil. domage le jacuzzi qu'il soit payent. la douche dans la salle de bain est trop petite. autrement j'ai aimer le restaurant et le petit déjeuner

The hotel is in a beautiful and truly picturesque setting. Inside the hotel is elegant and well tended. They have a nice bar, a comfortable seating area to enjoy an aperitif or a relaxing after dinner drink. The breakfast and dining area is spacious and welcoming. Although we didn't use the spa, it seemed perfect for relaxing and taking a break from the outside world. The hotel is pet friendly. There is free parking available on site. The staff are very friendly. We would like to thank Victor in particular, who made us feel very welcome and gave us suggestions of places of interest to visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to have a unforgettable experience.

Stayed in June for a few days. Room was clean, bed comfortable and a good shower. Wasn’t as much storage as I would have liked but I made do. View from window of Tuscany hills was lovely. A little noisy with road traffic at night so I shut the window and then couldn’t hear it. Friendly staff on reception and the restaurant staff were very helpful. Breakfast was slightly limiting with what was on offer compared to other hotels but, still managed to find enough to fill me up for day ahead. Gardens were nice for sitting outside and reading a book. We did walk into the town but I wasn’t to fussed so didn’t go again. Spa was an additional cost for hotel guests and I thought quite a lot of money so I didn’t visit it. Overall a nice hotel with only a small number of improvements (room storage, cost of spa, offerings at buffet breakfast). The best is cleanliness and friendly staff.

excellent room, excellent price, good level of service considering the size of the hotel.......not the famous worlwide brand chein but a family leaded hotel.....as in the italian tradition of hospitality. here you are in the heart of Castel del Piano, a very pleasant village soak in a quiete atmosphere deep in the history and in an incredible high quality agricolture leaded by extravergin olive oil, montecucco wine, the fiorentina style tbone and hundrends of tipical flawors of Toscana. this is a place where it awaken your senses, especially sight, smeel and taste...and if you loose or forgot something you find it!!!!!! enjoy it roberto

Very classy and cozy hotel with extremely pleasant staff, Do yourself a favor and book a night with a spa and a dinner treat. I would live in here for the food, the German metre Stephan made us feel special and fabulous reception accomodate all our requests…. You can’t get any better we loved it 😍
