イビス バジェット カステルノーダリ(Ibis Budget Castelnaudary - A61)

I checked last night in Ibis budget at 6 PM and realized that the booking I did , was for two single bed. I am 1,81 cm high and 98 kg. The bed was as big as my luggage, I tried to change the room asking The front desk if I could get an other room with a larger bed as I was traveling solo and I was told I couldn’t. I would had to move to a different hotel and repay a hotel nite if I decided to change hotel with a bigger bed. The hotel is close to the main road (freeway )and quite noisy …you cannot sleep the window open ….I tried for two minutes and the neighbor next-door was smoking out the window and all the smoke was coming into my room.the single bed mattress was uneven and i fell twice out of the bed.i i did not sleep at all.The room was stuffy and the ventilation was not working …either i was sleeping window open end and with noise or window closed no noise but no ventilation…what a nite mare Stay away…

This was a return visit to this hotel, chosen because of it's proximity to the autoroute as I was travelling through to Toulouse the next day. First of all, the reception was still open when I arrived at 21h30, and the welcome was friendly. The room, whilst small, was very clean, and quiet, and I did enjoy the duvet. Although I was alone, I had a double bed with a bunk bed above, which made access to the bed difficult. The shower was large, a welcome change from most hotels in this price range. Breakfast was OK although not great quality. Yes, I would return as the hotel was good value for money.

Clean and comfortable

Hotel is near a roundabout and a busy road on one side, it was quite noisy from my room. Smallish room with a shower unit in the corner and sink in the main room, bit strange but clean and functional. I'd probably stay over the road at the Ibis Styles next time however.

This is a BUDGET room but very clean and modern. By budget I mean no fridge nor fancy soaps, etc. But very efficient layout and use of space. Great bang for the buck.

From the moment we arrived until we left, the welcome and service were first-class. Our room was spotless, the linen fresh and the beds unexpectedly comfortable! We felt breakfast was good value for money (selection of juices, teas or coffee, viennoiserie, cheeses, fruit, cereal and yoghurt). The safety standards relating to COVID were impeccable, plenty of gel dispensers and advice on social distancing, contact tracing etc. We particularly liked the proximity of the restaurant next door which had a reasonable, varied and delicious menu. We cannot recommend this Ibis more highly. We visited several times over a 14 day period during a house move, and hope to return under less stressful conditions!

Un super hôtel tant par le personnel à l accueil , de service , que par son esthétique. Pour les fans de rugby c est le Graal. Une cuisine du terroir généreuse et le personnel de service est à la hauteur avec le sourire. C est très agréable comparé à un établissement de la même enseigne sur Lyon. Le petit dejeuner est copieux et on a pris notre temps sans être bousculer par le personnel. Les chambres sont agreables spacieuses rien ne manque.Je recommande cet hôtel et dès que nous pourrons on y fera un autre séjour. Pas eu le temps de voir toute la collection de maillots. Merci à Mme la réceptionniste pour les renseignements pour une balade à pied sur le port de castenaudary.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Nous avons eu un super accueil que ce soit à notre arrivée comme le matin au petit déjeuner. Literie confortable, chambre propre. Environnement calme Parking sécurisé. Des restaurants de qualité juste à côté. Petit déjeuner copieux et servi jusqu’à 10h. Petit plus. Ambiance deco rugby 🏉 et le musée rugby à l hôtel à côté. Je recommande.
