We spent 1 week in the hearth of Seiseralm. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by several hiking trails and biking routes. The restaurant offers several options, however the quality can be considered below the expectations.  A few negative items made our experience unforgettable: - cleaning overall was very poor, in the room, in the common areas, in the restaurant and in the pool.  - service both at the reception and in the restaurant was detached, sometimes unpleasant and highly unprofessional,  especially in the restaurant. Definitely we did not feel the acknowledged customer care. Just as a note, the restaurant is charging 5.20€ for tap water (the very same that you can pour for free in front of the restaurant). Overall, not a good experience, especially considering the renowned customer care in the region and the attention to detail found in many other facilities.  And if you look for a quiet place to enjoy good hikes and relax after the day, it is not the place for you. During the day the pool is overcrowded with kids and during the night the loudspeakers in the corridor besides the room do not stop playing music.

The best and most luxurius hotel experience ever for the whole family. We enjoyed the pool, the room and the restaurant. We loved the breathtaking views. Most of all we enjoyed that our children felt so welcome. There were other children but still it felt calm and quiet and with respect for the peacefull surroundings.

Very nice location not far from Saltria, in a strategic position to reach multiple hiking paths and great for family entertainment (with a big playground and a nice wood nearby, which will make your kids happy). In the big restaurant, you can taste typical Tyrolean dishes, including an excellent bread and hazelnut soup, which is warmly recommended as a starter or main dish for a light meal. We also ordered some mushrooms tagliatelle (pasta), but realised they were made with sautéed onions instead of garlic (which is what you generally use in Italy when you cook mushrooms, as it better enhances their flavour).

We stayed in a new chalet 1752 with a beautiful view of the mountain peaks. The accommodation and restaurant are top of the range in the Dolomites. We enjoyed our holiday 200% and would like to return. The staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating. Thank you for the week long experience.

Dieses Hotel besticht nicht nur durch seine einmalige Lage sondern auch durch den extrem zuvor kommenden Service aller Mitarbeiter im Haus. Hervorzuheben ist auch die excellente Küche und das Abendmenü auf der Hütte. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in dieses wunderschöne, ruhige Hotel

Il tirler gode di una posizione unica per gli amanti del trekking e della tranquillita’ montana. La struttura e’ bellissima con una meravigliosa piscina esterna riscaldata e un paesaggio circostante difficilmente imitabile. Le tre stelle pero’ sono motivate da qualche perplessita’ che a nostro avviso sono dovute a mancanze che non si possono proprio definire superficiali per una struttura del genere e sopratutto per un 4 stelle superior. In primis la ristorazione compresa nella mezza pensione che predilige la quantita’ ma non la qualita’delle pietanze esposte in buffet e servite in menu’. La colazione manca di prodotti artigianali e locali che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di assaggiare in passato on altri hotel in questa zona. Abbondanti invece prodotti pre confezionati di media qualita assolutamente industriali e niente di fatto in casa..affettati, formaggi e marmellate comprese. Il servizio in sala e’ impacciato,poco professionale a volte invadente e comunque non adeguato al livello della struttura.Idem la cena serale, dal ristorante escono solo pietanze mediocri e di il menu’ risulta macchinoso ed imbarazzante(inutile inserie pesce e crostacei congelati che poco hanno a che vedere con trentino e montagna)Meno scelta e piu’ qualita’ e tipicita’..con tutte le malghe nelle vicinanze che offrono cibi e prodotti incredibili e’ possibile trovare lo yogurt vipiteno (ad esempio) nel buffet? Non ci siamo proprio se parliamo di un hotel ristorante di lusso con tariffe da hotel di lusso. Altra nota dolente la reception e accoglienza all’arrivo: dare del tu e’ un’abitudine con un’atmosfera friendly molto pesante e assolutamente di circostanza.Nessuna competenza nelle informazioni se non mostrare la cantina dei vini mentre si e’ accompagnati in camera(noi trall’altro siamo astemi) e la stanza di stoccaggio bici( neanche quelle avevamo)
