アルベルゴ ラ トーレ(Hotel la Torre)

We stayed at The La Torre hotel for two nights after our flight back to Manchester was cancelled due to a Strike at Milan airport the day before our departure (Saturday 15th July) & couldn't get a flight back until Monday 17th July . We were left in a turmoil as we had to be out of our accommodation Saturday morning & managed to find this Hotel on *********** & booked one of the family room suites for 2 nights. We made the booking & set off on the 1.5hrs drive to the La Torre Hotel with my wife & her daughter & 10yr old son. We arrived at the hotel at 11am in the small village & the booking was confirmed but it had only been booked for 2 adults ( Our mistake) & to make matters worse it was no children under 14!! The receptionist was absolutely brilliant & managed to sort & allowed our 10yrs old grandson to stay as she understood the mistake was genuine. We were taken to the family room & we were very pleasantly surprised as the room was spotless & spacious. The hotel has a charming rustic feel to it & is full of character. Yes as previous review states there isn't aircon in the room & it was warm at night but this wasn't a major issue & the ambiance of the Hotel made up for this. Any help with local restaurants or info about the village the hotel Staff were fantastic & they could not do enough for us. This is a lovely 3 star hotel with brilliant staff & i wouldn't hesitate to return if we ever stayed in the Lake Como area again. We were very impressed with this hotel, it is clean, comfortable, friendly staff who make you feel at home, great service and great food. Plenty of time to inform us about the area and how to get around. Definitely will come back and highly recommended.

Very nice hotel I highly recommended it very nice stuff and very helpful l stayed one night on my way to Positano but I will repeat it and stay more

The staff is helpful and kind. The village is beatiful. The room was without airconditioning or shutters so at day and night there's about 40 degrees centigrade in the room. When we open the window at night the noise outside was so loud that my wife was unable to sleep. All day and night the heavy trucks and motobikers are making loud noise.

Best staff; great breakfast! Clean room— small bathroom... bed was hard... but still slept without noise ( back end of hotel); street side was too noisy

Uma das melhores experiências que já tivemos nas férias, um lugar fantástico a comida sempre maravilhosa e fresquinha, muita variedade em todas as as refeições, tudo muito bem preparado. As bebidas são sempre muito geladas, impossível tomar uma cerveja quente. Os gelados feitos no próprio resort incríveis ( vale um destaque para o de tapioca com côco) A recreação também merece muito destaque, tanto os monitores do adulto quanto do infantil são maravilhosos e fazem a alegria no dia a dia, brincadeiras super animadas, todos sem exceção são excelentes. O lugar é lindo, mas vale muito a pena destacar os funcionários do local, sempre muito educados, solicitos e trabalham com muita felicidade e amor. Os shows a noite tbm muito bons, os jantares temáticos e os hambúrgueres são perfeitos. Simplesmente impossível encontrar algum defeito em tudo que tivemos nas férias no Lá Torre. Foram 6 dias maravilhosos e já estamos ansiosos para voltarmos nas próximas férias

Hotel situé dans une petite commune avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Emplacement ideal pour visiter le lac de Côme. Accueil très agréable. Bon petit déjeuner
