ポステ デル キウージ(Poste del Chiugi)

We had three nights here after attending a wedding in Perugia. It is a really beautiful place with fabulous views, a lovely friendly, relaxed vibe and wonderful rooms and outdoor areas. I've given four stars for two reasons, firstly, we were there during a European heat wave and the temperature was 37° - 41°. This was way too hot for me and although I'm not a big fan of aircon, I really could have done with somewhere that was reliably cool - either the bedroom or the common room so that we could have escaped the heat. Secondly, the food was lovely, but I would have loved a more varied menu. More fruit and yogurts at breakfast, more big salads at dinner (I think again the intense heat was a factor here). All in all though, it was a brilliant place to stay - beautiful wine, gorgeous countryside and views. I would definitely recommend it and would love to go back, but probably not in mid summer!

We spent there 2 nights. After the first night we requested and paid to move to a superior room, because the bed in the classic room was very uncomfortable. Jennifer the employee there, was super welcoming, friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The view is great and also the pool was clean and well maintained. Wine tasting was enjoyable and informative. We had in the end a good stay but we found a bit too expensive for the value in comparison with other agriturismo places.

This is beautiful agriturismo facility with great rooms ,an amazing view of classic Umbria.lovely breakfast with most fresh and tasty croissants you will ever experience. The crew is sportive and helpful, and everything is clean and well maintained . I highly recommend Poste del chiugi and I think it’s great value for money.don’t miss the lovely town of Castilione del lago on the Trasimeno lake.

The Agriturismo is ideally located. Lago Trasimeno, Montepulciano and the various historic towns of Umbria and Tuscany are within easy drive. The Agriturismo is set in a beautiful landscape of vineyards and olive plantations. We opted for the meal package and had dinner at the restaurant on location. Very nice typical Italian cuisine. Regrettably the menu was a little limited for our 10 days’ stay. The kitchen was nice to offer occasional options outside the menu. Our lodge was kept clean with daily housekeeping. All in all a good stay.

Very disappointing visit. Charmless agriturismo with many rules like swimming pool closed at 7pm. On top some unexpected charges added to the bill at the end. There are much nicer agriturismo’s in the area. I hope they can improve for future guests.

agriturismo in buona posizione,ottima location,tanto spazio,mini appartamenti puliti e funzionali manca la TV in camera,ok parcheggio,piscina utilizzabile,tanto verde,accoglienza ottima,in loco ce anche un ristorante,prezzo altino nella media.

Abbiamo prenotato per un addio al nubilato ed è stato tutto perfetto. Il luogo è magnifico, vista mozzafiato, giardino splendido. Il personale è stato molto gentile, abbiamo avuto la Spa (piccola, ma deliziosa, con tutto il necessario, compreso un angolo tisane/frutta secca davvero carino) a nostra completa disposizione, il giardino davanti al ristorante, dove abbiamo svolto un'attività legata all'addio, assolato e pieno di fiori, sempre tutto per noi; ci è stata data anche la possibilità di utilizzare un salotto comune, molto bello, arredato benissimo, per giocare a giochi da tavolo. Le stanze sono confortevoli, e la cena al ristorante è stata ottima. Tutto davvero perfetto.

Soggiorno di una notte presso la struttura.. accoglienza professionale e precisa.. location molto bella e affascinante.. camera molto spaziosa, classica, pulita anche se la doccia si potrebbe migliorare.. abbiamo trascorso un ora nella spa privata , molto bella pulita e solo per noi.. da rifare

Splendida struttura immersa nel verde e circondata dalla tranquillità, vicino ai posti di maggior interesse come Castiglione del Lago, Città della Pieve, Montepulciano e tanti altri. Esattamente come ci aspettavamo ma con un quid in più, la differenza la fanno le persone e qui abbiamo trovato uno staff eccezionale, competente, cordiale e disponibile. Dal Sig. Michele alla simpatica Gaia, senza dimenticare la Sig.ra che si occupava del nostro alloggio, lavoro e impegno premiano e loro ne sono la dimostrazione. Abbiamo soggiornato per cinque notti nel Country Lodge n°1 fornito di tutto il necessario per i nostri pasti veloci e compreso di pulizie giornaliere che ci hanno fatto molto piacere, con un carinissimo portico esterno. La struttura mette a disposizione anche una lavanderia comune e comodissima. Curati anche gli spazi esterni e la piscina (peccato che non sia illuminata la sera!), è presente una sala relax con giochi di società e spazio lettura. Abbiamo usufruito del ristorante solo per la colazione, qui mi permetto di segnalare qualcosa, solo perché ritengo che ciò possa migliorare ulteriormente la qualità della struttura. Il buffet potrebbe essere arricchito con prodotti del territorio e "fatti in casa" magari mi sbaglio, ma alcune crostate erano, ad esempio, di produzione industriale, mancavano le uova e la varietà di salato era un po' scarna, meglio mettere diversi tipi di yogurt e non solo bianco. Ripeto però che il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto.
