Acapulco Resort Convention Spa

Nice facilities with excellent pools, water park and beach. We stayed in a bungalow which was infested with mosquitoes and smelt of sewerage. Dining was acceptable however seemed to be catering for 1000 people at a time. Dinner was ok and breakfast a lot better. It seems that the best facilities are reserved for the high rollers. We were invited to the hotel previously and had a fantastic meal in the main building however this time we left dissatisfied and won’t go back to stay.

What a beautiful place to visit and relax.food is incredible, welvoming Miss Sevil, waiters especially Abid Ali, *****r, Asib, Quaisir they are perfect. And barmaid Dogukan, Alperen and Baris they are preparing amazing coctails. Thanks for Esra the guest relations manager,and her team Sina and Serife they helped us for our room. ESRA always contacted us while we are staying.Mucahit and Serap from reception . Tanks for Acapulco, we will defenitely come back in the summer time. We love hospitality in Acapulco.

I came for daily use, thanks for Acapulco such a beautiful day. Security amazing, they work really hard. Moreover everywhere is clean, staff really smiling to everybody. We will definitely come with my family. I advice you to come with your family as well as they are children friendly

We have been visiting this hotel on and off for the last 15 years and have seen it grow over the time we have traveled there. It is a large hotel set in its own large grounds with one of the best beaches in the area with the added bonus of having free sun beds and beach towels. When we arrived there was some renovations going on but as normal every thing continued as normal. The hotel is very family friendly and also used for business and conventions the Spa is probably the best we have ever been in and you will always have plenty of choice in the restaurant The staff are always friendly and will always help if you have a problem or you need anything, in the height of summer the hotel like many get very busy but there is always plenty of space around the hotel. We love the great value for money this hotel gives so give it a try.

The sea and infinity pool area was great! The guest relations manager Esra and her team Sina and Şerife were very helpful and diligent. Esra checked on us multiple times during our stay and tried her best to gave us a great holiday experience, which she did! Ugur from reception was very helpful, tried to gave us the best room fit for our needs. Our room is very clean. Also huge thanks to Hasan, Yakup and Umar from F&B, they tried their best to feel us welcomed.

There’s a construction ongoing and we were given the room right next door to it. It’s noisy and dusty. We have a toddler so not easy to move to another room. We are extremely disappointed by the poor management and lack of advance notice of this situation when we were checking in. Totally NOT worth the money we’re paying for. Not coming back.
