ホテル ヴァレンティノ(Hotel Valentino)

Ottima posizione, a un passo dalla famosa via Etnea, purtroppo la struttura non dispone di ascensore (ma non importa si va in palestra per fare dello step). La colazione è ai minimi termini, ma adeguata al prezzo, il personale simpaticissimo è molto disponibile. Il prezzo, considerando che eravamo a capodanno, adeguati alla media, forse leggermente più alti. Se andrò a Catania ritornerò ba Valentino.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was a club downstairs until 4 o’clock in the morning the music was so loud, could not sleep . also AC did not work. Bathrooms and bedroom was disgusting. Also, the toilet was broken.

It's a good place to stay for cpls or singles, not families

This accommodation is a complete diasaster. I was in a room at the attic (room B). You reach this room by a small staircase (no problem so far) but once you're in, you will never get out in case of an emergency. There were bars for the window so imagine there will be a fire and you have to get another way out (not the staircase) there is absolutely no escaping the fire or whatever emergency there is. When you are very slim, maybe you can fold yourselve between the bars, to arrive in the middle of blind walls so high there's no escaping there either. Since the hotel has no fire alarm system and a crappy electric system (electricity wires in the shower cabin for example) an inferno in this accommodation is a real possibility. Furthermore the rooms were dirty. There were growing stalactites and mushrooms in the bathroom. Stay away if you want to stay healthy and safe!!!!!

This hotel is located just above a ***** club (which would make an advertisement for some people). So at 10.30 pm the very loud music (image the worst 90s eurobeat) starts and it will only stop somewhere 5 am. So pretty much the time someone who is visiting a hotel wants to sleep. It is really bad and the service at the hotel was not sufficient. While the party at the *****club rouses no one will be available at the service desk (probably because of the music). The day after I complained an got not a helpfull response. No other rooms available and I was the first to complain about the noise. To make things worse, the coffee at this place is like sewer water. So after surviving the *****club noise, they will try to poison you with their coffee. Go to the nearby McDonalds for breakfast if you want to have a decent breakfast. But my advise is to stay away as far as possible.

Mold dust no service,,Hotel.. doesn’t have phone in a room one key no staff after 6 pm in case of emergency you on your own I don’t think they can call that place Hotel Do not recommend

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Francisco was very nice. The service was great. I love it. The location was great. There was only one small thing, which was the Wi-Fi wast working in the room only on the receptionist area. I told Francisco about it. He said they will fix the problem. Very very nice people. For sure next time will stay at the same place. Thank you hotel. Com for making this reservation for me and thank you Francisco and ladies who worked at the reception desk.

We ran into car troubled with our rental and no gps navigation and ended up not making it to the rental. We ended up staying in a completely different town and did not make it to Catania until after check out time the following day. The phone service was terrible and we had no cell data to get onto the travel sight to contact the owner. We had a similar issue checking into another booking minus the car trouble. It’s not a reflection on the property at all but the methodology of the booking. Being unable to access contact and check in information until the morning of the booking when traveling, especially in another country seems like a recipe for disaster. Unfortunately we were unable to even get to the room.

I love the ceiling in my room. It is close to everything including to alibus and supermarket. Spooky but nice
