ル コッコレ(Le Coccole)

It was one of the worst experience. The place was so dreadful, rooms are really bad, no on suite facilities, A/C was not working and the lady did not know when the person will turn up to sort it out, the surroundings looked very unsafe, we were requested to pay the money in cash (no facility for the card service) and even another customer was waiting to take our room if we don't stay. We did not stay there because it was not a hotel at all (may be a hostel for the backpackers).

I checked in then checked out almost immediately. I booked alternative accommodation, with ***********, and walked out. 1. There was only one locker left in the overcrowded room and it was broken. I had no where safe to leave my valuables. The receptionist said she could try a locker in another room. But how safe is that not to be within a looking distance of where things are kept. They should do more maintenance and be aware of these things. From my bed I couldn't see the locker anyway. 2. They had numerous days to tell me where to go. I had been held up and was chatting back and forth all day. I went to where I booked and they have no reservation of me, even though I showed them the booking. They sent me to another venue. 3. They did send the address online of where to go but only after I left on the address I booked and went to. It was far too late to send the address, after I went to their other venue. 4. So I'm walking around late at night, alone. An obvious tourist with a suitcase and looking at my mobile using Google maps trying to find my way around in dark alleys in a city I don't know. I was scared for my safety. Alone in a very rough looking part of the city. And almost falling a couple of times trying to navigate in the dark, a suitcase over cobbles. 5. If they wanted me to go to a particular address, don't leave it till the last minute and make the information more clearer. Why have two different places in the first place anyway, and only one address on *********** 6. There was nothing online about a dorm having as many as 12 beds. I was furthest away from the door and ventilation and it was baking hot. I could hardly breath and choking with sweat. 7. Other guests insisted on switching off the lights, despite myself just arriving and I'm banging into things left all over the floor,other people's rucksacks, going backwards and forwards to the bed. After I left, I seen they were trying to resell the accommodation I booked and paid for.

So disgusting place ! The neighborhood is so creepy, i went there with my mom, we left right away ! The people inside of the building is smoking all the time, the keys doesn’t work well ! So horrendous

The room is ok Tv doesn’t work. Did not like to share bathroom. Lots of water on the hallway from the bathroom .

We drived 4 hours so we arrive in time for our check in. When we arrived at the property the host asked us for cash only. We asked them kindly to take money from our account, but they recused and said CASH ONLY. They didn't even let us in the room so we could leave our bags, so we had to go to the A**. It is not close to the hotel. Not far from the hotel we were abused by 2 men who tried to steal my bag, fortunately for us a police car was passing by, so we had to go to the station. The hotel charged our card for money and didn't even want to listen to us that we are at the police station because they wanted cash. So, we slept at the police station. We were charged the money but we couldn't get in the property because it was too late. The staff was yelling at me, calling me stupid b*tch and said me to shut up the mouth.

We spent one night in the hostel with group of Erasmus students. Surrounding of the hostel is extremely dirty and I’m quite sure you won’t like building of the hostel when looking from outside. As soon as you get inside which is straight forward you’ll change your mind by 180 degrees. Staff is very nice and helpful. Check-in process straight forward and quick. Rooms clean and well equipped. In summary, I’d recommend the hostel but please don’t be surprised by its position within the city.

This place cancelled our room while we were at dinner after we had checked in and paid. They kicked us out with our things at 9pm with nowhere to go, and then reposted our room on Booking for 9x the price. we paid. They should not be in business.

A notre arrivée grande surprise sur la localisation de ce fameux hotel qui s’avère être un B&B , localisation mauvaises quartier insalubres et mal desservie. Lors de notre accueil nous avons eut obligation de payer en espèces sans nous avertir avant sous menace de ne pas avoir notre logement… Salle de bain privative en dehors de la chambre avec minuteur sur la lumière qui s’éteint toutes les minutes…ancien lit très inconfortable,chambre située dans un grenier,aucune intimité, ÉNORMÉMENT de bruit des chambres voisines, aucun rideau au fenêtre ce qui fait qu’on est réveillé par la lumière. Seul bon point la clim… Je ne recommande SURTOUT PAS !!!

Horrible en todos los aspectos intentaron estafarnos y cobrarnos dobles querían cobrarnos las tasas más altas de lo que realmente eran. La calle llena de basura, parecia un vertedero. El baño se inundaba al ducharte… No lo recomiendo en absoluto!! La peor experiencia alojandome en ningun sitio sin duda!!
