Trip.com books through a third party. I had a real problem with my booking once I tried to check in. I prepaid on line, but on check out day they wouldn’t let me leave until I paid again.

I went on vacation with my Family this Month and spent 1 week on this beautiful resort. Everything was amazing. The food was amazing. The beaches and pool was beautiful. Water was blue and clear. The staff was so friendly. The lobby was always clean. And The bartender Milsa was amazing with the drinks and service. Loved my stay at the resort

A Love Letter to Costa Rey, Thank you to the wonderful staff at Costa Rey for making our Holiday so enjoyable. We normally go to Tryp Cayo Coco but had to be switched because they had no A.C. We have many friends at the Tryp and were very disappointed that we were not going to see them. Instead we made new friends and had a great vacation. The pool, beach and food were very good. Lots of bathrooms close to the pool. Do not miss Cuban Day, we loved it. Thank you to the lobby bar staff, they are so sweet! All the Best To Costa Rey, Bruce and Brigit will return!

Absolutely love this resort! Despite the shortages they experience, the quality of food remains outstanding, and I never went hungry. The restaurant service was exceptional—staff members were always attentive and accommodating. Special thanks to Ivaris at the Japanese restaurant, Daylin at The Level, and Luisa at the French restaurant—such wonderful people who provided friendly service and great food! The entertainment was top-notch, with nightly shows that were among the best we've ever seen at any resort in Cuba. The energy, charisma, and social skills of the entertainment team kept everyone engaged and ensured a fantastic time for all. The beaches here are absolutely breathtaking, with soft white sand and stunning turquoise waters that look straight out of a postcard. The colors of the ocean are simply mesmerizing, making every moment by the shore feel like paradise. We also had a blast playing volleyball—there were always plenty of friendly people to join in, making it a fun and active way to connect with other guests. Overall, an amazing experience with excellent food, entertainment, and activities, all set against the backdrop of one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen. This was my fourth visit, and I can’t wait to return!

First time in Cuba - while my room showed a lot of wear and tear, the bed was comfortable and our water was replenished daily. The beach is beautiful and we were always able to find chairs on the beach, no problem. I’m a very picky eater and I was always able to find something I liked at every meal. For GREAT coffee, go to the lobby coffee bar. And for AMAZING service and fantastic drinks, please go see Giraldo in the lobby bar - super friendly and funny guy!!

Wilber and Danny are the best at the resort, friendly, fun and like family . I only come to this resort because of the service i recieve from wilber and Danny, you must go to Lia bar and watch the show wilber can put on . You will be truly amazed by the service .
