Checked in on 18/04/23 for a birthday treat with a friend. Staff were very courteous, nothing too much trouble. Hotel was spotlessly clean, and breakfast was plentiful. My roommate forgot her toothbrush and was given a free toothbrush and toothpaste. Happily printed off our boarding passes for us for our flights home. 10/10

Muy buena experiencia, repetiriamos de nuevo. Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue de 10. Buena ubicación, buenos servicios, el buffet del desayuno es muy variado y muy limpio.

鉄道駅から石の床の斜面を少し上ったが、1012分距離に近く。キャリアが重い場合は少し難しい程度。 主なホットプレイスとほぼ510分距離でアダムできれいです。客室の木の床とトイレのタイルの床が清潔で触感が良く裸足で歩いていた。旅行の終わりなので疲れましたが、すぐに温かいシャワーが3回流れてリラックスしました。 ウェルカムドリンクと朝食に自分で作ったクレペも面白かった。親切な女性従業員が料理法も軽く教えてくれて、息子にプロのシェフのように大拇指もしてくれて。カウンターやレストランの従業員の明るい笑顔と挨拶も印象的です。 ダブルルームでしたが、入り口にソファのようなエキストラベッドがもう1つあり、ベッド兼ソファとして使用しました。音に敏感ではない方なので、一晩中石の床を転がす車輪の音や雨の音も趣のあるように聞こえたと思います。 旅行中に急いで見つけたところ、朝食付きの価格も最も安いので、13日間の宿泊施設の中で最も満足していますね。 一度もレビューを書いていない私はこのようにレビューを書くほど

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The room (deluxe loft) was just beautiful; spacious, so tastefully decorated & furnished, the bed v comfy, the view from the balcony over Porto & the relaxing chairs - lovely. The breakfast experience was so relaxed & tasty - inc fresh orange juice, pastries, breads, overnight oats, cheese, and eggs to order as you like. Location is great - away from all the Metro modernisation mayhem down town with great local restaurants nearby off the mega tourist trail. The garden area is very relaxing also - an added bonus. But what really makes the place is the attitude and friendliness of all the staff we dealt with; nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel most welcome. Even v late at night after our flight was delayed...... I'm exceptionally fussy when travelling & this is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. And it felt very comfortable & relaxed. So much so - we're booked to come back in September! Don't bother looking anywhere else for a boutique hotel experience while in Porto - I can't imagine you'll find better.

Excelente servicio calidad / precio. Se trata de apartamentos turísticos, no es un hotel. No obstante, todo nuevo y lo más importante, limpio y céntrico. Lo que menos me gustó fue que la hora de entrada es a las 16 horas. Se hace todo a través de email, el dia de llegada por la mañana mandan todas las claves para entrar tanto al edificio como a la habitación. La respuesta e interacción es inmediata por lo que el servicio, a pesar de no tener recepción, es correcto. En mi caso, reservé estudio y viene con todo lo básico. También hay algunos canales de TV internacionales, wifi, aire caliente funciona. Si siguen así repetiremos sin duda.

This is my second times to be here in Porto I know this hotel is new this year and everything seems very perfect for me, the environment, the service from the reception, the attitude for from all the colleges as it belongs to Marriott group I can confirm the hotel level is satisfactory to the group, but the most critical point for me is the water flow from the tap in the washing basin and also the showerhead. It’s extremely slow and nearly to 0 I had a really bad experience when I took a shower, and also when I would like to wash something from the washing basin  I feel a pity for it I hope next time the hotel can improve it otherwise, I will not take my 3rd time here

部屋の眺めは完璧で、インテリアは快適です。ホテルのレンタルはとても便利で、景色を見ることができます。スタッフはプロフェッショナルです。ありがとうございました。

Comfortable rooms and location easy enough to get into all parts of the city using Uber, which are very reasonable and cost around 3 euros to the furthest point at the river. You could walk but my father has some mobility issues and the uber was much faster, allowing us to expore poroto without tiring from the walk into town. The hotel is kept well, is cosy and inviting once inside, dont be put off by the exterior. Rooms were very well designed for the price bracket. Attention to detail of items in the bathroom need to be addressed though. Soap dish was loose on the wall as was the faucet on the bathroom sink. Small details that bring an otherwise very nice room below its potential. Although a little firm for me, I still slept very well on the bed. No external noise heard and quiet and effective air conditioning. The safe was an issue for me. We had 2 rooms and the safe was not bolted into the wardrobe, you could remove the safe if you wanted to. This makes the safe redundant and concerned me. The front desk also do not have their own safe for guest valuables. However we had no issued and our belongings remained untouched. The hotels did lock our belongings into a storage room on our last day. I would definitely stay here again and I think this hotel offers both an element of luxury whilst remaining a mid priced option. The staff were also very helpful and attentive.

予約では午後にチェックインしたと言っていましたが、朝8時に電話をかけ、電話に出た女性はイタリア語や英語を話さなかったが、少しスペイン語で知っていた。それで私たちはそれを手配し、1時間後に朝に入り、ホテルに着いたとき、私たちはかわいい老婦人(彼女とデートした女性に電話しました)を見つけ、私たちが部屋に入ったとき私たちは驚きました。シングルベッドとシングルベッドの部屋をアップグレードし、最後の階の美しい結婚まで、部屋はとても清潔で静かでした。雨の中を歩いて休憩する価値がありました。 3時の建物のレディリーに出発し、レセプションにさようなら、良いWiFi、ありがとう、次回🙏
