Hotel's location is a convenient short walk to the old town. The in-hotel free parking is a bonus if you book a Classic Room. Room is clean but small, and can be a squeeze if you have big luggages. The only hotel I came across in all my years of travel that does not provide a kettle, and charges for a bottle of water. They might as well charge for the toilet paper. Petty, penny wise and pound foolish! Even if you ask to borrow one, there was none. They charges €2.50 for a 500ml bottle of water, more than 7x what you get from the supermarket. And there is no price list in the minibar. We were charged €7.50 for just one bottle consumed, mistaking the additional charges for tourist taxes. Consolation: Breakfast is good though.

Hotel tenuto molto bene a due passi dal mare e dal centro. Pulitissimo e servizio attento con colazione davvero eccellente. Assolutamente da consigliare!

I booked 3 days staying due to a medical emergency, the plan at the hospital was modified and I had to request a cancellation. Once at the front desk the Hotel concierge (Dario) has been extremely kind, collaborative and cancelled the booking with no cost while the procedure technically would have produced a fee of 50% of the value. In addition, the hotel looks clean, efficient and in a very strategical position being 200 m from the sea, and few minutes walk from the center . I strongly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay here. Room was very nice and the staff very accommodating. The included breakfast was good with lots of selection. Parking is on the street and very limited. We found a parking spot but only because it was off season. Very easy to walk around and see the sights. Even though it was January, plenty of stores and restaurants were open, however, many places were boarded up. Would highly recommend you make dinner reservations prior to showing up at a restaurant. Also loved the super market which was half a block from the hotel with plenty of selections.

Wonderful hotel. After some initial problems getting a parking spot to check in, the manager on duty could not have been more helpful, allowing us the special privilege of parking in the few spots directly underneath the hotel. Greatly appreciated! We had the best sleep in years due to the quality of the bedding and the quiet room, despite the view of a busy street. Great showers, too. We had an adjoining room with our son. We walked all over Cefalu; the location was brilliant. Breakfast was very good, including the coffee. An excellent pizzeria directly opposite serves biggest pizzas I've ever seen. Would always book the Artemis if staying in Cefalu.
