Pretty hotel, very clean, lots of food options, nice shops, great golf course and friendly staff

The staff at Omni provide the best customer service experience you can find in the DFW area.

This Omni location is located roughly 10min from all the action in Frisco. It is a truly beautiful resort property in all aspects. Plenty of options and activity on property with restaurants and great shopping. Will stay here again and recommend it to others without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay. I should have booked a reservation for dinner. Missed out on a steak dinner.

If you like golf, then this place is great. Hotel is beautiful and the staff was amazing, but beside the hotel there is nothing walkable close by, you must have a car.

Great piece of property! Hotel is nice, new, and clean. Valet is great! Lobby check is good, spa is nice! Lobby bar is nice and shop at the main hotel is good.

We had a lovely visit. Everyone was friendly! Service was delightful and we appreciated that the food and drinks were quality and not overpriced.

I can’t say enough amazing things about the Omni PGA Frisco. From check-in to check-out and everything in between, we had an unforgettable stay. The grounds are pristine, the amenities are endless and the staff are excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure that my husband’s birthday was special; they even delivered a cupcake and macarons to our room. My husband golfed on the West Course and said he was difficult but well worth the cost. They offer water bottles throughout the course to make sure you stay hydrated (in addition to the cart girl’s selections of snacks and drinks). We ate breakfast at the Apron each morning and the food was great as well as the service. Shout-out to Jamie who loved on our 8-month son everyday and treated him so special. We had dinner at the Trick Ryder and it was spectacular. The vibe is swanky, they have a great wine/cocktail selection and we each had delicious steaks. The concierge service is EXCELLENT. Trace helped coordinate all of our reservations including golf, Top Golf Lounge and the restaurants. He also coordinated the aforementioned cupcake delivery and celebratory cocktails at the Ryder Cup Grill on our first night. Lastly, the pools are awesome. We went to the family-friendly pool everyday w/our son and it was always clean, well kept and the bar service was a plus. We also were able to take advantage of the adults-only pool on the rooftop which had a beautiful view! Experiencing the Omni is a must and we will be back!!!
