Great affordable place to stay in the North Conway area especially if your skiing at Attitash or Wildcat.

Snow removal was awful . I had to walk through 2 feet of snow to get to my room. When they did shovel it was 7a.m. waking me up when it could have been done the night before when i asked to be shoveled out which i was told no. The breakfast they had that is free is awful . The manager doesn't change his clothes which is just not good for business makes me questionhow clean the place really is. The bathroom was questionable. Their was yellow stains on the door frame looked like dry pee or something . Hot tub was nice for one person not for two . Upstairs neighbors were noisy like running from one end of the room to the other . We'll never stay again . Not worth the 500 for 2 nights . We checked out at 9 we just wanted to go home after being woken up at 7 while on vacation.

Positives: Easy access to Wildcat and Attitash. Free breakfast. Suggested improvements: Better cable channels. Softer bath towels.

Lower floor room in separate building was very noisy (inconsiderate people upstairs stomping around; walls also not soundproof so we could hear people on both sides very clearly). Unfortunate as location, cleanliness, etc all good

Easy check it, great location, comfortable, clean, easy access to car, only issue was old heating unit was a little loud not a deal breaker unless your sensitive

Family of five up for ski trip weekend. Plenty of room and we loved the breakfast included in the morning! Very affordable. We’ll be back!

Coffee maker did not work. Heat did not shut off. Had to use AC mid winter People above were noisy but management did address the issue. Otherwise acceptable accommodation

Great location for accessing various outdoors locations in the White Mountains. Easy parking and staff very accommodating for late check-ins and so on.

Great breakfast and functionality of the rooms in a great location. Really enjoyed our stay and that our rooms were made up when we got back. Top notch!
