1. There is no fridge and the so called Cool Bar was not cold hence the anniversary cake that we meant to keep are not able to keep in the fridge”Cool Bar”. We have to reluctantly to put the cake - requested them to put at hotel kitchen fridge. Which we requested back from 9.50am 16th Nov prior to checked out- but they took the cake out to us at 11.50 (1 HOUR of a wait) and when the cake arrived to our room, it was not at a cold condition.
2. When we arrrived at 17:36 to check in on the 15th Nov, which we only have 1 night to spend at Luminor, when we checked in the receptionist was empty. No one attended and was diverted to check in at Concierge and the concierge checked us in with telling us that he was not able to issue us our Executive room at 1002 because there was a fown with internet unable to issue us our keys.
3. After 2 hrs at 17:40 they came up to our room to issue us the card, but the internet was still down - unable to access Netflix nor any internet. While the signal from phone internet was only 1 bar, at the hotel.
4. We complained and they say that they have an internet problem and have 25 guests that checked in and also having the same problem. My question is that how come they do not have any back up solution for a busy weekends checked in. Their response is not satisfactory saying that they are only a 4 star hotel and they can only hope internet gets back on track that night. For a customer who choose to spend their 1st wedding anniversary and paid premium for the room hotel as shown at Trip.com is such a big disappointment.
5. They do not have free water at all which they provide 2 bottles of 1.5mls of water and charged us 15rb per bottle. This is very super disappointing at their service and what they provide since the room is an Executive with Mount View scene, yet they are not able to provide any free water for customer staying at an Executive room.

I stayed 3 nights. First of all, check in time was quite slow. The officer asked some questions which are not important. When I entered my room, the smell was too fragrant that makes staying not enjoyable.
The next day when I back to my room, the way the housekeeping cleaned my room not the same as the first day I came. For example, the water jug cap is opened, both mug were opened (while I only use 1 of them).
Breakfast have lots of varieties but keeping the same everyday so if you stay long, it's a bit boring.
The hotel is opposite mall, but for me it's quite crowded so you cannot have morning walk, while the hotel gym was small and so was the swimming pool.
If you ordered food online, the driver also cannot drop to security near lobby but at hotel side. While if it's raining, it will be troublesome.
