ロケーションが良い。ショッピングセンターの近くにあります。ロビーの匂いは良いですが、家具は古いです。たくさん壊れた。

Hotel location is good. Staff was very co operative amenities was looks little old but it was manageable.

So bad! Terrible! Feels unsafe. Alleyway to the room was poorly lit. The 1st room given was w the wall switch coming of, stain on curtain n a bit unhinge. The cabinets cant be closed. Bedsheet was made but after doubting the cleanliness we go down. After complain we were given another room. Was shocked w the door. That 1 rings the alarm for us. the pipes come off and the upholstry was damaged. Left and after complaints still didnt received my refund. Parking area we can see above pipes w water leaking. Didnt even stay. Wasted money on this one!

Overall experience was great except for the mosquite at night.

Hotel is clean and old fashioned at the same time. Best place to go in family

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was surprisingly good. However, the cleanliness was disappointing, with rooms and common areas not well maintained. With better hygiene standards, this place could offer a much more enjoyable stay.

Has warm water, decent air con and a lock om the door. The rooms are old, stuffy and not clean. Stains and holes on the bedsheets, mould on the walls, broken handles and an ok bathroom...

Low maintenance..room damaged not per advertised.. Not recommended for family stay..no baby cot & extra bedded

First day i arrive at late night so i just check in the room they gave. Turn out so many thing spoilt in the room. So the next day after bfast i went to reception and ask for other room. The lovely receptionist help me change to a better room and also nice view! Overall it was an awesome stay.

Worst hotel in my entire life. I don’t mind less amenities or bad service but the cleanliness is very VERY bad, especially the bathroom. I think they didn’t clean with brush or remove the stains at all, even soap scums were everywhere. Reasons why I knew they didn’t bother because the sink got clogged on first day and after they unclogged it, they just left the dirty water and the rubbish coming out without cleaning ANYTHING on the toilet floor. Also take note, they share the same management with Maia Hotel nearby. Avoid especially families with kids. Horrible smelly hotel. TAKE NOTE MANAGEMENT.

Stayed at Shalva Hotel for 3 nights with family of 4 (booked 2 rooms). The first night we came, there wasn't any towel prepared in the room. No shower gel for my entire stay despite the room service has been informed about it. There were cockroaches inside the room and the bed sheets was stained. They didnt make up the bed on the 2nd day. Not recommended but if you dont mind since Thamrin i just right in front, by all means.
