Staff was friendly and helpful.

After 35 years of business, gravel, this property is one of the most rundown hotels I have ever stayed in. This was an outside entrance into the room from the second-story balcony. The door was bowed so much that there was a three-quarter inch gap at the bottom of the door that would be big enough for rodents to enter. We had a torrential downpour and the roof leaked into places. Into the bathtub from the ceiling above and into my wife’s suitcase with her clothing. I paid $20 a night extra to get moved to what they considered a remodeled room. There were some efforts to change out old flooring and the commode, but the rest of the room was in run down. The two different gentleman I spoke with, at the front desk were friendly, but when I asked to talk to the person in charge they told me his name was AJ. After trying to connect with him twice in person at once on the phone I honestly don’t even know if this man exists. The hotel should not be advertised by anyone. It needs a major infusion of money to bring it up-to-date or it should be listed from Travelocity.

The room was not cleaned We found some dead bugs and Dirty socks under the bed... They didnt have a stove in the room, but the website said they have... We paid for a premium room but It was poor They said they havent a premium room, so for what i paid...?

Very nice manager at the front desk checking in, but the room was not clean. Old food in the microwave and the bathroom was dirty. Please ask the owners to provide more staff for the nice manager. He needs better support to maintain this hotel.

The photo on ******* is hardly reflective of the entire property. The gentleman at the desk was pleasant, but the property is just old, rundown and tired. Its only redeeming quality is convenience to West Point. Would not stay there again.

Update floors and shower, tubs gone. But, probably should have gone for new mattresses before other renovations. But inexpensive and always available. Enjoy the welcoming staff.

Was moved from one room to another 3 times, the door wouldnt open in room 1 and was moved to a difference room, after 3 hrs they room didnt cool off and was moved to a 3rd room. 2 hrs later the Hotel power and was without AC the entire night, AC came back on aroun 4am. Temperature was 80 degrees, I hope the hotel credits my card back or gives me a free night.

Nice upgrades are being made. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I look forward to staying there again when the upgrades are complete.
