I was staying for business and needed a place to stay. Room was spacious and very clean. Great area and staff were amazing. Nice place to stay.

Good reception.. but room is not up to standard..

Good overnight stay, older property that is quite clean and comfortable. Good parking onsite, very handy location near shops and pubs for dining.

Be very careful when booking this property if you plan on arriving for late check in. They forgot to leave our keys in the late check in safe and then tried lying about some bogus medical emergency story. We could not access our room or help and ended up sleeping in our car. The staff tried refusing to refund the money as well. The male staff member was rude and irate and would hang up when we would call to sort out our refund . Took an email threatening to report him to police for him to refund the money. Would avoid this place like the plague.

Man at the desk was nice, however we were not aware that the restaurant was no longer operating, and had to get food elsewhere. Also, please don't give guests an option to have connecting rooms when they're not on offer in future.

Handy location in Cessnock. I went for Christmas Lights at Hunter Valley Gardens. Its easy short drive to them. Room was spacious. Nice hot shower. Need to step into a bath to use shower. Bit slippery in bath use the railing in shower.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Great price for a place to sleep for an overnight stay.

Room was clean a bit outdated..fridge was off so water in it spilt everywhere so not a good start..value for money.

Friendly and helpful staff from check in to check out. Nothing too much trouble. Good sized room. Quite and central. Best of all reasonable priced.
