For the best stay experience would surely revisit this lovely place again. The hospitality of the taj group is something best and this Taj Mahal Lucknow excels in every point of food, service and hospitality. The staff for so friendly and helping.

Oudhiyana at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Lucknow is an absolute gem. The restaurant captures the essence of Awadhi heritage with its beautiful decor and warm ambiance. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality, especially from Soumya, who went above and beyond to make our evening special. The highlight of our meal was definitely the Raan Mussalam. The lamb was so tender and packed with rich, aromatic flavors that it just melted in our mouths. Soumya recommended it, and it did not disappoint! For dessert, we had the Shahi Tukda, which was a delightful mix of saffron-infused bread and creamy rabri. It was the perfect end to our meal, sweet and indulgent. One of the unique features of Oudhiyana is the live music. The soft tunes of traditional Indian instruments playing in the background added a magical touch to our dining experience. It really felt like we were transported to a royal court of the Nawabs. Oudhiyana is more than just a meal, it’s an experience. With its fantastic food, amazing hospitality by Soumya, and enchanting live music, it’s a place we’ll definitely return to on our next visit to Lucknow.

Great stay. Looking forward for some cultural experience as well in next stay. Faced some issues with my meal plan booking but it was sorted out. I have done one reservation in October for a meal exclusive plan but cancelled it due to change in plan. Later on I rebooked with taj lucknow for a meal inclusive plan in November. Some how Vidush told me that my earlier reservation is active and I am not eligible for meal. Later on it was sorted. I have canceled my earlier booking by through the email chain which I have received from Taj, but could not understand how it was mixed.

Vibe is good but in room dining experience was not at all good. Basic food like daal and rice taste was not good at all, daal was not thick and taste was not good when compared to a 5star hotel. I also ordered chocolate brownie and it was my worst decision to order it, McDonald's chocolate brownie icecream is 100 times better than Taj

So as we entered the hotel it was a good welcome, but at times while booking the hotel I had to call the hotel few of the times but the the front desk telephone operator was so busy that the call used to get pick up after 9 or 10 rings. Same was the case while I was calling the extension 0 from the Room landline the phone kept ringing but no one bothered to pick it up, I had to give a second call and as what I believe the standard protocol is to pick up the phone in 3-4 bells. So is the case with any request for Bell boy at checkout for luggage or Cake, after making the request on call the operator said to wait us for 5 mins but after 15 mins when no one showed up I had to call again and then they used to send someone. What to mention about the Soiled Plate in the drawer and Soiled Table spoon sent by IRD with Cake. Over all the stay was adequate but really didn't expected this from TAJ. Got to work a lot on FO Management.

Very nice hotel nice staff great embaiance. Rooms are very neat and tidy and with all luxury amenities . Will sure visit I near future ..staff is very polite food of sahib cafe food is really nice .pool is very nice. Vibes are great of hotel ...music in odhiuyana is great

Taj mahal lucknow is our one of favorite destinations to get a break from busy routine. The hospitality and cordiality of the staff is unmatched. Like always, we really enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to Sadika, Sakshi, Faheem, Yogesh and Durgesh.

Indeed it's the best place to stay in the city. Best hospitality and full of energy while serving and assisting. It's connect with the Lakhnawi tehzeeb and awesome hospitality is unmatchable with utmost care. My children's were very happy with the assistance they got. Will surely visit the place soon.
