シンクレアズ リトリート ドアーズ(Sinclairs Retreat Dooars, Chalsa)

This is my third visit.. The stay was authentic.Lobbies and area so clean and tidy.rooms are well maintained and full of ambience. We enjoyed lots in swimming pool.Food very good. Housekeeping staff are really very well behaved.We were very happy with their hospitality . Food was authentic and healthy one.Morning fresh juice is good collection which is not available easily. Overall exllent I can not stop with out mentioning name of Mr.Sanjay Karke(GM) who is taking care.He is very polite, helpful and cooperative. Mr.Suraj Biswa is assert of this property he is hard worker.His behaviour is very very good.We will coming soon.

Sanjay, Biswadeb & Toppo are excellent guys to take care of your stay in Sinclairs Chalsa. You can avoid summers as it gets hot, but post the hot season this property is a charm. Sinclairs as a group is old and needs some modernisation in thought and operation process & thinking

the hospitality provided by the property is commendable. the staff are courteous, polite, neat, helpful and approachable. I categorically like mention the name of Ms. Pema Tamag, Trainee and others as Debashish Mandal, Devi Chhetri, Abhijeet for hosting a wonderful experience in the whole stay. I do highly recommend this property for stay and if you want a rendezvous with the nature.

Excellent service Delicious food Ground is Excellent and we played a cricket Matches all members are quite happy there is also good park for children Toy train and more amenities Swimming pool but swimming pool was closed we didn't not enjoyed .

Quality time we spend with my company colleague and bosses. We play cricket and injoy lost.. pool experience is best. I highly recommend guys is one of the best place for spending time with family and friends. Yes food is very lesty and hotel stap are very helping and polite.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. It's Nice, room was good, ambience n weather were quite nice and very happy to share the experience of our stay. Attached images for the information. Felling like lap of Nature.

People here were very polite the food was good the view was so awesome I celebrated my birthday here the pool was good the complimentary breakfast had variety of options like idli vada sambar sausages juice donut puri sabji aloo paratha sabji

Good behaviour, excellent ambiance, nice gesture. Overall fantastic. Great food, they are very conscious about us. Every person in the restaurant is asking about the food quality we have ordered. Even the other staffs are very responsive.
