ファストホテル トゥール シュッド(Fasthotel Tours Sud)

Have stayed here 3 times in the past. The last was 2017. Always with no problem and good memories. Hence, we booked for 2 nights, 2nd/3rd July (2023). Quelle horreur. If I could give no stars, I would. The place is like a slum, inside and out. The state of maintenance outside, and decoration inside, is disgraceful. The entrance to each unit could do with a hose-down. The 1st unit we were allocated was dark, 3 lights not working, smelt bad, felt unclean, a curtain that nobody would want to touch, a spider hanging in a web in one corner. The 2nd unit we were shown seemed very marginally better (although the smell of smoke lingered) so we took it. However, when I started to clean the bench and shelves with my anti bacterial surface wipes (never leave home without them) it was clear than no actual cleaning had taken place for a long time. The only saving grace was that the sheets looked laundered. We did not use the towels. The toilet seat was completely detached and the shower-head had no grip and kept slipping down the rail. The walls were marked. The back of the door had remnants of some stuck on notice that had been mostly ripped off. The morning we left was a damp drizzly one. The trolleys containing new linen and towels were out in the open!!! This hotel has declined drastically and is letting FastHôtel company down, big time. An investigation of its management needs to be carried out. I have sent a similar review to them also.

The door to the room creaked and did not close easily. It was unclear whether it actually locked.The mirror was cracked. The shower fittings were broken. The toilet seat was broken and only the short flush worked. The shower soap dispenser lid was missing. One of the lights just glowed. Having said all that, the bed was good, the beakfast good and the staff very pleasant.

One word - disgusting. Now in more words, I thought places like this didn’t exist any more. Arrived late after a long drive so we had little choice to not stay. small room no problems with that. bathroom, I lifted the seat as blokes do, to see someone else’s poop spattered on the underside! Flushed the loo and the flush panel fell off. Shower head broken just continually sliding down the vertical rail. No soap in the dispenser. Reached for the bar of complimentary soap that was shattered so I just had a handful of crumbled bits. Sitting on the bedside to see the wall next to me just covered in many layers build up over years, of someone else’s many splashes of what ever the substances were. Under the bed was just caked in all sorts of crap, bottle tops, old tissues and rubbish, thick dust all over the floor picked up on my socks. Mirror thick with spit marks and splashes of whatever it was, as well as thick dust, meant you could barely see your self. The whole place was just dis-gust-ing. I doubt I will ever stay here again.

Good stay. Only had a problem with the wifi that didn’t work.

Notre séjour a été conforme à notre attente. le logement n'est pas très grand mais assez pour y mettre tous nos sacs, et pouvoir tourner autour du lit. Tout était ok, jusqu'au moment de relever la cuvette des toilettes. C'est vraiment domage, et je crois sincèrement que c'est un oubli, car le reste etait OK.

Très bien mais le petit déjeuner est minimalist avec des viennoiseries sous sachet

Nous avons bien reçu à l'accueil après la visite de 3 chambres nous avons finalement posé nos valises hôtel très moyen propreté inexistante dans les parties communes et dans les chambres petit déjeuner très moyen nous n'y reviendrons pas

Chambre minimaliste mais efficace pour 1 nuit. Dans une zone industrielle donc il faut une voiture.
