Very clean and tidy, very cosy. Amazing spa which was so clean and relaxing. Delicious food in the stylish restaurant and great breakfast. Lovely little touches all throughout the hotel to enjoy your stay. Would love to come back to this place one day

I stayed for 3 nights. Service was excellent. Rooms are clean, bed and pillows are comfy, shower is nice and warm. The air in Champery is very clean you just feel invigorated breathing. The spa is something else! Hamam, sauna, warm relaxing pool with massage, cold pool, Scottish showers, included in the standard accommodation price. Breakfast is quite good (maybe add fried eggs besides boiled eggs), coffee selection is great and the bread is amazing.

I recently spent 2 nights at this lovely hotel and cannot wait to come back! The rooms were beautiful with the most breathtaking views! The service was impeccable, as well. I've already reserved my return trip for this summer! Thank you!

What an amazing hotel. Fabulous location and views and a perfect chocolate box buiding. Everything was great…. Breakfast and afternoon teas were fab, with the home made cakes to die for… The attached half board restaurant was excellent and for Switzerland was really good value and didn’t feel like half board, but rather a special occasion every evening. The rooms and facilities were excellent… Full of so many beautiful, welcoming touches. Finally, all of the staff were so helpful and friendly, especially in dealing with the complex non-EU Covid paperwork. What a lovely place, we will be back!

We just returned from a 7 night stay at Beau-Sejour, a lovely boutique style hotel in the heart of Champery village. We were there for the skiing so my review is based upon how it met with our requirements. We were allocated a large double room at the rear of the new wing. Although a bit of a trek from the reception we were glad to be in a quiet area. Located at the rear of the hotel we had no view to speak of but as we were in the room only in the evenings, it was no drawback. There was plenty of storage space for our kit and a large heated rail in the bathroom which we used for drying wet skiwear. A pair of his ’n’ hers hot water bottles were placed beside the bed, should we need extra warmth during the night. There is a kettle and coffee maker but no minibar. The room was really nicely furnished with quality bed linen, rugs, a couple of chairs and a TV with UK channels. Breakfast is a buffet arrangement of the usual cold meats, cheese and breads, with cooked eggs available on request. A self-service, proper ground bean coffee machine offering every type of coffee concoction will help keep your caffeine levels topped up before venturing to the slopes. We only took dinner once at the hotel, preferring to eat out most evenings. Afternoon tea, with lovely cakes, was provided for the first couple of days of our stay, but stopped thereafter. It was such a shame it was not continued, it was a nice touch. Below the hotel is a large boot room with heated rails. There is plenty of seating and the room was never crowded, even at peak times. A separate ski store is just off the boot room and a short corridor leads out to the main road and the land train stop for the ski lift. The land train comes by about 9am and every 20 minutes or so thereafter. It is less than a 5 minute journey to the gondola station, or it’s a 10 minute walk in your ski boots. The Spa is free to use by hotel guests. It was just what was needed after a day on the slopes. Very nicely fitted out, it has everything you would expect of a high end spa, even a floatation tank. I don’t usually use spa facilities but having been to this one, I am a convert. It provided such a relaxing environment in which to chill out after a hard day. The spa alone would make me want to return the Beau-Sejour.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel for a ski trip. Comfy beds, great breakfast and, the highlight, an amazing luxurious spa. Only thing I would fault was the water pressure in the bedroom shower, which was virtually unusable. Luckily I was able to wash my hair at the spa, which was perfect.

We booked this almost accidentally but will be recommending to everyone and definitely returning. Superb staff, wonderful warm calm atmosphere. Beautiful and newly refurbished Swiss chalet. Huge comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. The spa was the real icing on the cake and made for the perfect end to a cold day on the mountain skiing. Delicious breakfasts. Superb location and beautiful views. Easy to rate - we had a brilliant time.

Despite checking out earlier than planned ur again due to very poor snow conditions can only say great things about this lovely hotel. Sophie and her team provide wonderfully comfortable stylish accommodation together with superb food in the on site restaurant. There is also a world class spa facility available to use within the room package . One of the best ski resort hotels we have visited in Europe or the USA. We will certainly be visiting the Beau Sejour again when normal weather and ski conditions prevail - thank you for a lovely few days !
