While the hotel holds a good reputation, the rooms are very basic. Old rustic furniture with effective air conditioning. The property is centrally located, the staff is polite and courteous. A tad bit over priced given the ill condition of washroom with broken toilet seat and continuous foul smell from the washroom drains. The mini bar is loaded

Very bad experience staying at kc residency chandigarh. Breakfast was horrible, only 1 litre water daily and even couldn’t get water after asking twice today. Will never recommend visit ever

The hotel is good at given rate, expecting little less rates after taxes, the quality of bedsheet was old the bathroom is okay not good but there is hot water and good ventilation in the room
