"To start there was hardly ever anyone at the desk if we needed help. We showed up to our room and there was a fecal covered toilet paper on the floor next to the bed, food still in the fridge and the seat in the shower was covered in feces as well. We needed and extra blanket and they wouldn't give us one because we needed to give them one to get a new one but we needed another so that defeated the purpose. Same with towels they wouldn't answer the phone so we had to go down stairs just to be told the same thing. There were no shower amenities so when we got there we had to go to the front to get them (still no phone answer) The shower was nuts the shower curtain didn't go to the floor (accessibility shower I get it) but that meant that water went EVERYWHERE and when you have kids it was extra bad no lip to the shower so the water just goes out into the bathroom. Awful beds and comforters that were as thin as paper Will never stay here again"
