The hotel is comfortable, the stuff is friendly and the breakfast is simple but good. The air conditioning works great. The bathroom is very spacious. There are rooms without windows, so chose wisely. the room is quiet, which is perfect for business travelers. The hotel is not very busy, which is also good for who is staying only for business in town. There is a laundry room free to use.
The cleanliness of the common spaces could be better. In the elevator and in the hall the floor is not very clean. For the foreign visitors: the stuff does not speak english, but they are okay with using translation apps to help you if needed. The entrance is a very busy street, so the parking is difficult. There are some stairs to get to the lobby, so it can be a little hard if you have heavy luggage.

The hardware is good but the service staff is generally terrible. Try to do the minimal and try to ignore you if they can. The rooms are too warm to sleep in although the outside temperature is zero. Keep blaming the customer for booking a windowless to room when the real problem is the inability of the hotel to control the temperature for individual room. There are also a hose off other issues which I won't waste time to elaborate here
