九洲環宇ホテル（常州鉄道駅天寧寺）に泊まった方の口コミ・宿泊体験

今回出張で3泊利用しました。常州駅の近くで徒歩で行くこともでき便利です。 部屋はきれいですし、広さもあります。朝食のビュッフェも種類が多いので飽きないです。 部屋のトイレはきれいですがをシュレットはついていません。しゃわーの水圧は弱かったです。 ※ホテルのWiFiは利用しませんでした、大浴場もあるようですが利用しませんでした。

ホテルは清潔で消毒されており、煙の匂いはありませんでした。従業員はとてもフレンドリーで気配りがありました。部屋はとても大きくて快適でした。朝食は素晴らしく、中国人だけでなく外国人ゲストにも対応しました。

フロントの対応も良く、ウェルカムスナックも用意されており、朝食の種類は多くありませんが、中華、洋食、フルーツと充実しており、洋食の軽食も美味しいです。部屋はそれほど広くなく、設備もあまり良くありませんが、価格に見合った十分な価値があり、さらにプール付きの4つ星ホテルとしては非常に優れています。この時期は訪れる人も少ないので、泳ぐのはとても楽しいです。

設備とサービスは良かったが朝食は足りない。

この場所を改善する方法を考えるのに苦労しています。古い鉄道駅、天明公園、2 つの地下鉄駅に近い絶好のロケーション。専門スタッフが迅速にチェックインします。周囲にはレストランやコンビニがたくさんあります。 3階の大浴場は最高でした。敷地内にはジムとプールもあります。部屋はクールなピラミッド型の天井で美しくデザインされていました。マットレスは柔らかく、お金で買える最高の枕を買ったと思います。かなり強力な専用 Wi-Fi 接続 (20 mbps 以上)。朝食はまあまあでした。常州に戻ったらここに泊まります！

カーペットが古くなったのは、二番目にもキーボードと床にこだわっている飲み物の痕跡と、清掃されていない下水道の髪、シート上の汚れと体毛、灰色になってしまったカーテンは本当にあまりでなかった。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでサービスも良くて丁寧なりんごと一緒にお土産もいただきましたが、使わないようにしておきます。ヒーターのため乾燥すぎる。加湿器を要求するとズーム。ルームサービスはメニューが備わっていないので不便。タオルハンガーがなくてとても不便。タバコの匂いがしています。衛生以外はコスパ比良い。

そのホテルを強くお勧めします。サービスもホテルの状態もよかったです

This hotel was okay overall, mainly due to its convenient location near the railway station. I chose it because of this, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, one downside was that they didn’t provide a shuttle service to the station, which I expected from a 4-star hotel. I’m a bit confused, as it’s not typical for a hotel of this rating to lack such a service.

I stayed at the hotel with my colleagues for one night on a business trip. The main reason I chose this hotel was the location: literally a few minutes to the railway station. Very convenient, especially if you have an early train. The hotel itself is clean, pleasant, very decently renovated. A bit noisy, but that was expected.

The main gripe that we had with this hotel was that they had an airconditioning system that was apparently preset and that wasn't able to be changed manually. Our windows were also not able to be opened so the room soon turned into something akin to a sauna, which made sleep impossible. As a result, we had to call the number responsible for the airconditioning for a remedy to the situation at 3am in the evening, which judging by the grumpy male voice on the other end of the phone, they weren't too happy about . The saving grace was that the lady that came up to relocate us was super nice and understanding and made the transition to our room seamless. Location wise, very close to the railway station, Tianning Temple and Hongmei Park.

Excellent. Everything is great. Nice and comfortable hotel to stay. Clean and good service. Have even delivered free desert to the room. Will go back in the future.
