food leftover in microwave , one towell looked clean one like it was just refolded grease on office chair

Parking gate open all night, the rear door slightly ooen all night with a rock at the bottom to prevent from locking, my actual for room would not lock, furniture in room dusty and dirty. Shower was dirty and with mild, towels were not properly Cloroxed

When I arrived, I was alone with my two little kids. It is in a sketchy area which is why I assume there is a gate. However, the gate is open all the time and does not close. The front doors also lock at 11pm. When we arrived, there was a clear ********* that me and my kids watched occur. When we checked in, the guy at front was nice. the emergency button on elevator is broken. The rooms are dirty and gross. The breakfast was bare and the bread was so stale it was as hard as toast. However, when we checked out, I needed my receipt and could not just leave, but had to wait 20 minutes or more for someone to appear. I said hello loudly multiple times, I called the front desk on my cell about 10 times. nothing. Then a woman eventually strolled over without a care in the world. I explained I was now late and needed my receipt and wanted to leave. She asked how my stay was and I made it clear I was not happy. She said oh okay. Handed me my receipt and I left. I would have changed hotels, but I did not have the ability to cancel by the time we got there without losing my payment.

The area felt very unsafe. Building had broken doors with missing padlocks. After 11pm lobby and gate for parking are locked it’s hard to access the hotel. Bed sheets have holes and saw a roach in the bathroom. Had a 4 night stay booked but left by the second day. Definitely needs a-lot of attention from management.

Nice place to stay. Everything was clean. Overall was comfortable.

This hotel is disgusting. We saw roaches in the room, the door would not lock causing a safety concern, there was trash piled up everywhere, there were burn holes in the sheets, the sheets were dirty, the breakfast was constantly out of food and not refilled, the floors and elevator were dirty and the staff was very unhelpful. When we asked for clean sheets and for assistance with the door issue, we were told to come get the sheets ourselves and no one came to help with the door. The person at the front desk was always gone or when she was there, she was on her phone or putting her makeup on. I would NOT recommend staying at this dirty roach motel.

Very normal stay, they need to improve a lot in cleanliness. Towels and sheets stained and with holes, microwave dirty inside, among others.

This was an ok stay . I was moved from one room to another one because the air didn’t work . The air stayed on 78 from the time I was checked in until midnight when I was moved . The new room air worked okay but it too was going in and out during the night. Also both room couches were dusty .
