ホリデイ イン ヒューストン イースト - チャンネルビュー IHG ホテル(Holiday Inn Houston East-Channelview)

Not as nice as I thought it would be, but ok. The hot tub next to the pool was not warm at all. The way it is located off the highway, if you miss the main entrance you have to go all the way back around through the backstreets. The staff was OK. I'm not unhappy with the stay, but I won't be returning

Went for a quick overnight stay. Staff overall very friendly and professional. I really appreciated the service I received from Madiha and Andrea! They worked very well together while dealing with a very large group of foreign travelers and still were able to assist me with a small issue. I will definitely be back…thank you again ladies!

My biggest thing was the beds were very uncomfortable. Some little things were: the bathroom door lock didn’t always want to work; not sure if the ceiling fan was supposed to work since the wall switch didn’t have a knob anymore; the office chair at the room desk was broken; the bottom of the tub was very slippery (I currently have a knee issue and it made me very nervous about slipping and falling); many items on the breakfast buffet were not hot and other hotels offer this service free; the ice machine on our floor didn’t work.

As soon as I entered this hotel I was met with a molded sewage scent. It filled the entire lobby. I had to wait for someone to come to the desk so I could check in. The room was subpar. The bed was uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.

Excellent service. Great room. Nice lil snack bar, but the bar advertised is not a bar at all... Just a room where you can gather. No band, no booze, no music. They have cable but there no tv guide so you don't know what channel for news or weather, or anything. No guide on the TV either.

Clean and spacious, wonderfully decorated lobby. Just me probably but the mattresses were very firm, too hard for my back..

There was NO HOT WATER!!! When I pay $125.00 plus tax to stay somewhere, I expect hot water to bathe in!!! Very disappointed...

The showerhead was missing in the shower, ac did not work, could not get the window open to cool the room off, 79 degrees in room all night and no remote control for the TV. Overall, I will not stay at this property again. This was my second bad experience. last time no hot water.

easy check in, friendly, helpful, room was very clean, smelled wonderful, bed was comfy, ac was cold, shower was excellent! no complaints ! 5 stars !
