Overall the hotel was nice and updated. The restroom was nicer than the pictures on trip.com which was a plus. The room was clean except the shower was not sufficiently cleaned. The deluxe room was spacious and the hotel staff was helpful and polite. Would stay here again.

By far the best hotel we’ve stayed at yet. We’re traveling cross country from New Jersey. Extremely clean, very comfortable bed and very friendly staff. Could have been really comfortable here for several nights. Highly recommend. Location was great found a wonderful local seafood place less than ten minutes away.

Our first room they sent up to was dirty, the second one, the bed was dirty. We put clean sheets on ourselves. Also, this is the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Kids were playing and racing in the hallway ALL night! You can hear every bump upstairs like you’re in an apartment. The overall hotel is nice but I give it a 3/10.

Newly redecorated and sparkly clean rooms with comfortable beds and well laid out floor plan for a reasonable price earns this hotel a 5 out of 5. A rating I rarely give to hotels. Breakfast was standard. Waffles shaped like texas were a nice touch. Rooms were quiet. Bathroom fixtures new and sparkly clean. Easy to get to.

The staff is one of the best in the hotel industry, makes you feel at home….. Definitely one of the Top 20 Hotel properties in the world!

I was electrocuted by the elevator door button and in visible pain. I notified the front desk. Timothy was the attendant at the desk. Timothy did not seem to care. He offered nothing to help. He lied about me booking through ******* so he didn't have to refund my stay. I will not be returning here ever.

The lobby will fool you. The first day it rained and I could barely breathe from all the chemical smells in the air from the outside brought in. The next day was Christmas eve and I thought I was in a war zone. Gunshots for 6 hours straight. The next morning I woke up to a screaming toddler whose parents let him scream in the hallways for hours. The water pressure is horrible and the water doesn't get hot enough to clean. The mini fridge is loud and will ruin any opportunity for sleep. The towels were dirty. The highway traffic is non stop. The hotel is nit worth more than 40 per night. I complained to the manager and she didn't care.

The staff was phenomenal to deal with. Everyone was very kind and very professional. The rooms were clean and roomy. Can’t say enough good things about this place for business. Just on the outskirts of downtown, which I prefer. 10/10. Amy, the General Manager, was very accommodating with my Overnight UPS package. I checked for the package multiple times throughout the morning, when it finally delivered - she sought me out and hand delivered it to me. Front desk staff was great all week as well. Great place for business. Amy, if you see this - thanks for a great experience. You have a great staff. Front desk was always welcoming.
