Overall, we had a great experience with this hotel. Although the hotel is not in a prime location, it is just 12 minutes drive to the Ancient Town. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful landscape garden and a lovely Japanese koi pool. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff team was friendly, helpful and attentive. We also booked a car for an excursion trip with this hotel to Nan'ao Island. Xiao Chung, went above and beyond to make our our trip memorable. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and families.

The room is very clean and tidy, and the museum!!! It is truly full of wonderful things, great!

The service was great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place for you. It was just what I needed! I would recommend this to anyone who needs to get away from the business of life and just take time to relax.

Location is a bit far but I like it because it is quiet and away from crowds. Lobby staffs is very helpful and friendly. The place feels like a resort instead of a typical hotel. The hotel restaurant do not operate 24 hours. Breakfast is included in the room that I paid and they provide a simple supper every night from 9pm to 11pm. There is a seafood restaurant about 5 mins walk outside the hotel, the food is fresh and very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone that is looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay, I will stay there again if I am back. The only complain that I have is the internet connection in the room is almost non existence.

Though this hotel is slightly out of the way, but the advantage is its tranquility. Special mentioned to the staff in the hotel, everyone is courteous and helpful. There was a small incident during our which is of no fault of the hotel (Power outage of more than 12 hours due to some construction work in the vicinity outside the hotel damaging the power supply cable). However, hotel staff tried their best to make our stay as convenient as possible. Perhaps they could look into some emergency supply provision in order to alleviate from situation such as this in the future.

酒店硬件配套很完善，有健身房，小童樂園，休閑棋牌室、茶區配套完整。還有餐廳，午餐晚餐都有，天氣太熱不想出去吃，莊園就能滿足。公共設施乾淨，還有室外的游泳池，小朋友的最愛，泳池水也很乾凈。服務也很周到，主動幫忙提行李。下次有機會來潮州玩必選這家。

設施配套種類豐富，園林式度假型莊園，還有室外的泳池、KTV、全套健身器械、多功能宴會廳全部配齊，設備保養到位，還有她們老闆的私人展覽館。裏面的寶貝都很震撼。前台管家服務態度很好，主動推薦遊玩攻略。強烈推薦！😊😊

酒店硬件配套十分完善，客房全智能小度設備很齊全，住的很舒服。健身房很新，健身器材也很多，還有小童樂園，乒乓球桌。室外泳池水也很乾凈，小朋友很喜歡，遊得都不想出門去玩了。聽前台管家介紹了莊園內還有老闆私人的博物館，棋牌室，餐廳，還承辦婚宴。這家莊園太全能型了。下次來潮州旅遊，肯定還會選擇入住這家莊園的。

酒店配套設施很齊全，全屋智能客房設備好用。户外網紅泳池水質乾淨，園林景觀維護完善，景色很漂亮，不由自主就會狂狂打卡拍照。前台管家服務也很熱情，有問必答。莊園內還有KTV、棋牌室、小童樂園全都配備齊全，健身區跑步機等器械完整，我這個熱愛運動的人真的被種草了。體驗感很好！

入住體驗超預期，各方面都很滿意。酒店環境整潔安靜，大堂大氣，停車方便。客房寬敞明亮，全屋乾淨無異味，床墊枕頭舒適度在線，隔音很好。配套完善，健身房、會議室、早餐廳、休閑區全部配齊，行政酒廊服務貼心。早餐中西結合，食材新鮮。前台、保潔、餐飲工作人員態度温和，辦理入住高效，有需求及時處理。硬件設施維護到位，出行便利，不管出差還是短途遊玩都很合適，而且大堂還有服裝可以免費穿打開拍照。下次還會入住。
