ホテルのサービスは悪くないですが、改善が必要です。ホテルの部屋でチェックインするまでの待ち時間は長すぎます。しかし、ホテルには部屋まで荷物を運んでくれるロボットがあるので、とても便利です。ホテルの設備については、レストランやジムなどがあり、十分だと思います。ただ、ロビーにもっと着席エリアを増やしてもいいと思いますし、エアコンの強さも十分ではありません。部屋はかなり広く、とても清潔でモダンなので、全体的には許容範囲内でとても良いホテルです。

Stayed for 2 nights. The room is clean and nice. Bed is comfortable and the pillows support are good. Fast check in and check out. Will stay again on my next visit to China.

As expected, good friendly service from the front desk. They accommodated my request for adjoining rooms due to my elderly parents travelling with me, and they even gave us an upgrade FOC. Overall nothing but praises and the hotel is near to the places we want to visit. Atour doesn't disappoint!!

Good and clean hotel, accessible to eateries nearby. The hotel rooms are of good size, room is clean and toilet are clean too. The hotel provides free laundry facility, a mini gymnasium and a free decent and tasty supper! Will recommend my friends! The staffs are courteous and responsive.

We have tried different Atour hotels in Guangzhou but this Atour hotel looks older and smaller than other Atour hotels that we have visited. But overall, the experience is good here.

The hotel is classified as Chaozhou old town , actually is about 4 km away. Cost about RMB 60 from Chaoshan station to the hotel. Hotel is about 4 stars standard. Room is ample and about 250sqf. Bed, toilet and bathroom is comfortable, The only problem is the cool air conditioner for the whole hotel during Feb is not working, so the room is bit warm. We stayed in another hotel hotel around that area of similar standard, the cool air con was working , so the lack of cool air con of this hotel is not a normal standard. Hotel provide free porridge and noodles from 2130 to 2300hrs. so it helps since there are not much dining selection around the hotel. There is a beef hot pot restaurant turning left after exit, cost about RMB 50, good quality and reasonably priced, worth a try. For RMB 1000 total a night, probably due to CNY, is a bit pricey .

Atour hotel service is there but location not really convenient for foreigners. Nearby not much to walk also, breakfast and supper are nice to have. Amenities all provided for my stay.

Nice and clean . The most important part is that this is a No Smoking Hotel. Services are good. All Staff are so friendly. Will definitely go back if I visit Chaozhou again.

Hotel itself is very good. Clean and beds are comfortable. The team are young and helpful. Location is convenient for taxis but there isn’t too much around. Did not have meals at the hotel so can’t comment but this is my first stay at an Atour hotel and if this is their standard I would be keen to stay in other locations.

The rooms are huge! My kids loved the rooms and hotel. A bit noisy at night. The room temperature is too warm, the air conditioning is turned off so only heated rooms. Beds are nice and comfy!

Nice to stay in Atour again. The washing machine ang dryer is a plus and breakfast is quite fulfilling.

This hotel equipped with washing machines at 2nd floor and also provide with washing liquid etc.

All the staff are friendly and helpful.
