ホテルは新しく、部屋のレイアウトも合理的でした。観光スポットに近く、車でのアクセスも便利でしたが、中心地からは少し離れており、値段はやや高めだと感じました。朝食はとても本格的で、種類も豊富でした。

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay in Chaozhou We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Chaozhou Riverside and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Check-in was smooth, questions were answered quickly, and throughout our stay the service remained warm and attentive without ever feeling forced. It’s the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel memorable. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and after long days exploring Chaozhou, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We also appreciated the thoughtful details throughout the room, including complimentary soft drinks in the minibar, bottled water, bathrobes, quality tea and coffee facilities, and plenty of storage space. The river view was another highlight. Waking up and looking out over the Han River and the city skyline was a wonderful way to start the day. The room felt peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Everything felt well maintained and cared for, from the guest room to the common areas. What impressed us most was how the staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable. Great facilities are important, but outstanding service is what truly sets a hotel apart, and this team delivered exactly that. If you’re visiting Chaozhou and looking for a comfortable hotel with excellent service, beautiful river views, and a relaxing atmosphere, I would highly recommend Crowne Plaza Chaozhou Riverside. A wonderful stay and easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Guangdong.

Really nice hotel … good view and cleanliness. Except some guest are seen smoking in rooms and lift corridors. Overall recommended to stay when at Chaozhao

Reception counter staff services good . Room cleanness

Concierge staff very friendly and helpful. Upon checking, reception offered us late check out till 2pm but the next day, at 1pm staff came to knock our door and said we should check out at 12nn. I have to tell them to check their record. A bit annoying! Room amenities is very clean and handy, Great Mountain View on top floor.

The amenities was awesome, check in take a little bit too long. Waited for 15 minutes before my turn. The location is near to many eateries and food markets but far from malls, overall it’s a good experience, I wouldn’t mind to revisit again.

The Hotel’s address and location are excellent. The hotel’s facilities are better than you can imagine. It has everything you could want…Especially Ms. JiaJia. She is a very humorous and responsible person. She explained everything to you with great kindess！ I will definitely visit this hotel again next time🤝

Overall experience was okay. Low rating for cleanliness was due to: -The dusty umbrella in our room, the umbrella handle has some issue, black particles kept falling off and sticking in our hands. (It was rainy when we were there.) -Utensils in the restaurant. We had breakfast buffet and the untensils in our table is dirty. As for service, staff are friendly and accomodating.

Very nice hotel with good service from the staff. The view is the best in that area. But breakfast is so so, I rather eat outside
