Comfort Suites

Elevator was broke, had to use stairs. I thought the bed was uncomfortable but my husband loved it. The price was right. Also the pool hours were great

Attempted to deny stay citing policy against renting to locals. Elevator was nonfunctional. Called in advance to confirm that the pool/hot tub facilities were in working order only to find that the hot tub jets were intentionally disabled. Hot tub was the reason why that facility was selected.

I had to clean the floor around the sink arra because of something sticky that appeared to have been spilt.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the elevator is...surprise! Still not working. Being a nurse, who had just worked a 13 hour shift on my feet the entire time, I didn't enjoy climbing 3 flights of stairs to my room. Also, the hot tub jets were still not working. I would have still used it but several kids were playing in it. Overall, decent stay.

Overall a very nice hotel but the elevator was out which was very difficult because I have a knee injury. After I made it up and down the stairs a few times I was going to nurse it in the jacuzzi and of course that was out too. I was somewhat angry but I know the people working there had nothing to do with it.

The property was really clean, but the elevator didn’t work and there was no control on the hot tub as far as the Jets. Would have gave a higher score, but they really need to address the elevator. It’s a three floor building. I don’t think many guests want to carry their luggage upstairs, especially elderly. I was informed that the elevator had been down for quite a while.

Elevator to upper levels has been down for some time. Desk clerk provided an upgraded room on ground floor for this old couple. Appreciated that

The facility was clean, staff was friendly, our room was spacious. We only spent one night, but had been traveling for several days so our suitcases were quite large. The elevator was out of service, so we had to lug our bags up the stairs to our second floor room. I believe this elevator has been out of service for quite some time (or maybe it is frequently out of service) because it seems that two years ago they were having the same problem. The desk clerk was apologetic and put us in a room close to the stairs on the second floor, but that room was directly over the pool area, so the room was pretty stuffy and unusually warm even in late December. The elevator thing is unfortunate because the facility really is quite nice and clean. But a non-functioning elevator will be a deal breaker for me the next time I’m in the area.

Needed to have toilet paper in the room we didn't have any and the pool could have been a little warmer. Outside of that it was good
