It's okay; on the surface, it looks clean, but the more you look, the more you find things that have been neglected, dusting surfaces that are not considered high touch or contact (Cords to the bedside lamp, desk chair legs), not vacuuming the edges of the rooms/halls with a hose instead of just the vacuum.
The actual front desk staff only met one, who was wonderful; the filler "Staff" (Family to the owner) not so much, they are not trained and it shows. I left my VERY EXPENSIVE tumbler sitting on a table in the lobby, I called as soon as I realized I had done this to have the Front Desk grab it and place it back with them until I returned. I returned and it was still sitting in the lobby, thankfully no one took it.
My room was untouched by Housekeeping, my stay was 4 nights, and their 'policy' is every third day unless asked. I did ask on the third day and I returned from my outing to a room full of trash and no clean towels, these were the only items I asked the Front Desk to have Housekeeping stop in. The other members of my party had the rooms serviced and they were there 1 less night. Yes, I did remove the DND sign before I left for the day.
The lack of communication and follow-through is out of control. I give lots of breaks and chances BUT my room being ignored after asking for 2 small things to be done is my done point. I WILL NOT recommend and most likely will not return.
