This hotel was absolutely horrible the elevators closed on me while walking out of it then the elevators was down after the whole trip. We had to use the service elevator and it was nasty dirty very very disappointed in this stay . The staff was so apologetic and nice but hotel needs to be shut down this is a lawsuit brewing. Elevator doors hurt !!!! Water on the floor to service elevator almost busted my tail. I have never been in a place so bad.

This hotel looks old outside and inside, need renovation. The bed and pillows are comfortable. In the parking lot , there are several security cameras. The sign on the wall said “if theft or damage to the vehicle, the hotel is not responsible”. That makes me nervous. But luckily, my car has no damage.

Love location and inside restaurant

Staff was unwilling to help. Had reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds months in advance. Showed up and they had sold our rooms and was unwilling to upgrade or help.

While the property is conveniently located for the purposes i need it for, i was I was unfortunately disappointed in my overall experience there. The check in staff were excellent, the process was fast and they were very charming, but now I know why. I was offered a room on the ground floor…and that was the beginning of where things went wrong. I really should have known. Let’s talk water pressure—there was none. Flushing the toilet meant pushing down the lever and hoping to god that the toilet paper actually went down—it was iffy at best. I watched every time waiting to see if this was the time I needed to call for maintenance…good times. I was NOT informed that my room was directly across from a conference/ballroom, so imagine my surprise when I wake up and there are people milling about the hallway making noise to go in? My favorite was the crying baby in the hallway that was there for over 2 hours…good times there. Before that I should say that being woke up by housekeeping 3 hours before checkout was fun, if I pay to stay at a room until noon—I will stay until noon. Knocking on my door every 20 minutes is not going to make me go any faster…and since I had the “come back later” sign on the door handle obviously meant nothing. I do have good things to say: each queen bed had 4 pillows and the sheets/bedding was clean and comfortable. The wi-fi was strong. Overall if you don’t care about things like water pressure and plan to leave early, this place is for you.

We flew into Charlotte, picked up by the shuttle driver within 15 minutes of calling the hotel. Check in was smooth and our room was great. We went to the restaurant for a late meal, had the chicken soup and a salad, both great. Took the shuttle again the next morning to the airport, flawless. Would highly recommend.

The property was very nice in the lobby. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the elevator was dirty and the carpet in our room was stained. We were most disappointed when the coffee maker in our room didn’t work and then the one carafe in the lobby was empty.

This was a horrible experience. The hotel is extremely dirty. They provided me with keys to a room already occupied, another with damages. Hotel staff wasn’t friendly or professional, in fact they had an attitude. Definitely would not recommend.
